★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a joke. First they gave me a confirmation call which I confirmed. Then the receptionist calls me two separate times while I’m at work to ask the spelling of my name which was already given to them and for my health care number. I was thinking it was odd because they could have just asked when I arrived. Then I found out they ask for it in advance so they can go in and view your prescription history to see if you are a suitable patient for their clinic. I am appalled that such thing is even allowed! Feels like a major breech of privacy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to get a prescription renued however Dr Payne was more interested in my blood pressure than the reason why I went in the 1st place. He was rude and made mistakes on my prescription which required him to redo it 3 times and when I got to the pharmacy the prescription was only for 30 days! Won’t be going back there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rachel on the front desk screwed two appointments and we witnessed one more person waiting 2 hours after her app. time .I book off of work and my daughter missed school an when we came for hers app 15 min before 11:00 when was her app.. She said we are late and doctor will not see us.I think we will change our family dr just because of front staff screw ups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoy Sheena Christy as our Dr. and the location is convenient however, I find the front staff to be unmindful. My boyfriend and I went for a meet and greet with the Dr. which had a good first impression. I was given 5 requisition forms for blood work and ultrasounds for my prenatal and pregnancy where they got my phone number wrong? When he went to book in his immuno-therapy shots at the office he was told he wasn't a patient. Then I went in for a pre natal appointment for 3:30 PM where I was told that it wasn't suppose to be booked because it was a 30 minute appointment and the office closes at 4:30 (??). At that appointment I was told I needed an ear flush and after trying to find a time to book with the receptionist I gave up and told them I would call. Then I get a call yesterday telling me I had an appointment at 4 for an ear flush. I find the front staff to be unorganized and inattentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going here for over 3 years now and have always had great experiences. The front staff are super friendly and my doctor (Dr.Cho) has never made me felt rushed or pressured to take anything I wasn't 100% sure about, which is something I have felt from previous doctors. As far as a family clinic goes I would a highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I read all reviews, it feels like this is not pinnacle medical centre, but Dr Payne Medical Centre. My personal experience at both clinic just because of Dr Payne, was amazing with the staff and the doctor both. He was so much full of understanding and staff was so much co-operative, specially the receptionist Rita and other one ( I don't remember her name), they were really so much kind and have no words for these all 3. God bless this clinic and their services too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, got in on time for my meet and greet.
To get in, use the co op entrance and turn immediately left. So far so good. Lots of parking and the pharmacy inside Co OP is conveniently located.
Small waiting room, but didnt matter as we were roomed almost immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've just starting going to this clinic the past year since moving to the north and I've had nothing but great service. The front staff are always friendly and helpful, I've never had to wait, they are always on time and Dr. Sheena Christie has being wonderful to not only myself but my 2 young children as well. She takes the time, I am never rushed and she follows up as needed. I would recommend this clinic to others.
