★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors here are great. HOWEVER, 1 star review because 10 out of my last 10 appointments have me waiting for at least 1 HOUR!! STOP OVERBOOKING!! What is the point of making an appointment if you never keep them?? My time (and everyone else's) is just as valuable as yours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a professional and not helpful at all. We all know that students finished school around 3pm on weekdays. My daughter is sick today. Called in to book, the receptionist, she told me that my family doctor does not work after 3 pm. FINE, I asked her if I can take my daughter to work-in after school. She said NO because work-in close at 1pm. FINE again, then I asked if I can book with other doctor for her. Again the receptionist, she said NO because I can not book with other doctors. Calmly, I said you don't give me any options to see the doctors while my daughter is sick. So what is your suggestion please? She told me without any hesitation: IF YOUR DAUGHTER IS REALLY SICK, TAKE HER TO ANOTHER WORK-IN. I was shocked and sad after she said that. It's time for me to change to another location. Thanks to her helpful advice. ?♂️?♂️?♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good staff, good doctors. I have been seeing Dr. Singh here for a couple of years now and I find him to be a competent Doctor who listens and is genuinely concerned. He has been helpful answering questions and making sure treatment is working. I don't feel rushed when I go to this clinic to see my regular Dr, or any of the others on a walk in basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two experiences caused me to never visit this clinic again.
1. I booked an initial meet& greet with Dr. Michaiel and waited 2.5 hours before seeing her. She then refused to listen to any of my inquiries and just told me she couldn't do anything until I get blood tests. I waited 2.5 hours for a <2min conversation with an extremely dismissive doctor.
2. My family has been going to this clinic for years. My younger sibling has been struggling a lot with mental health issues recently. We went into the clinic and saw Dr. Michaiel again. She told my young sibling that teenage mental health was overrated and doesn't exist - it only happens since young kids are spoiled. She also added that if my sibling was feeling suicidal, then go to the emergency, as there was nothing she could do. This sort of attitude is absolutely disgusting. She basically pushed my younger sibling toward worse mental health.
please, do yourself a favour and do not give business to this clinic. There are way better clinics with doctors who actually care (at least a little bit, which is too much as demonstrated by this certain doctor). I will be looking to file a formal complaint against this doctor in the second case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATLEAST a 40 min wait every time I go in for an appt. Constantly overbooked and a little rundown looking. However Receptionists are nice and my doctor is reasonable.
As Albertans we pay over $7000 yearly in taxes that go to healthcare and it isnt right that we have to constantly wait for healthcare and are only allowed to bring up and deal with one problem at a time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this clinic for 14 years now, seeing Dr. Steiger the entire time. She is the most AMAZING family doctor a patient could ask for. Yes, I know I will likely have to wait past my scheduled appointment time to see her, but this is because she listens. She doesn't limit our conversations to a 10 min appointment window. I wait because she is investing her time in ALL her patients. She is thorough, and truly cares. After every appointment I feel heard and like I am being taken care of to the absolute best of her ability. Dr. Roberta Steiger is the most incredible family doctor I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Dr. Steiger for years now as my family doctor and she has been great. But booking an appointment with her has been almost impossible, as every time I try to call within the hours posted online, I get sent straight to voicemail that tells me the clinic is closed?? It does not really make sense. Would really appreciate it if an online system was created or there was the possibility to actually leave a voicemail so someone could call me back
