A	Ancient Dream on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say I understand all the bad reviews. I act polite and they've always acted polite in return. Had one situation where a worker misunderstood something and missed one of my packages for a little bit, but otherwise it's been fine. Also, it's weird to think they could remember me since they see my name and face on my ID.

When I arrived, the lady with tatoo sleeves was speaking very rudely to a pregenant lady who came to mail some papers. She told her to go to ups location nearby. Also when i asked for priority envelope to mail some documents to toronto. She refused by saying that canada post is running 10-15 buisness days behind and there is no point wasting money on the service which she cant provide. She also asked me to go to a ups location nearby. I came back to my car and checked online. There was no mention of delay in service. I also realized that she took a parcel from another customer (second person In line)and gave him tracking number.I went to other canada post location and mailed the documents. But by then i had missed the last pickup for the day. I am not sure if she has any financial interest in UPS or she was just another rasict person who is a lier as well and thinks that Canada post service is only for caucasian people.
M	Michelle King on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I too don't understand all the negative reviews. I've picked up and shipped from this location for 15 years and never had any bad experiences with staff. Maybe because I respect them? Maybe because I know their work could be challenging some days? I always approach politely and I get it in return...even on apparent bad days!
T	Therese S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff for the most part are very friendly and willing to help you out. Never had an issue with this post office, nor any delays. Staff are great at getting your parcel rung in and ready to ship immediately. Often, staff get impatient with people who do not know how to ship items at all because they have not gone through the trouble of understanding the shipping options/restrictions prior to getting in line and want things for free-- I feel staff are justified in this respect. I am not sure I understand all the negativity in these reviews; this post office has always been quick and staff willing to help if you need. Word to the wise, read up on shipping delays, orders etc before arriving and taking up the time of the staff who are then forced to educate you.
k	kelly botrie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always go there for my postal needs. All staff behind the counter have been pleasant and helpful. As you walk in through the perfume aisle, there is always someone to greet you. My only complaint is never winning any lotteries when buying my tickets at checkout.

You'd better not ask any questions or they will talk to you loudly and rudely. It's horrible. Unfortunately, NO 0 star rating. Otherwise, I don't even want to give 1 star.

They got lost in the mail, while at the same time, they were trying to push an up-sell of their registered mail service to make sure it doesn't get lost as the clerk told me. Just find it strange, never had any issues with lost mail at different Canada Post locations, only at this one.
G	Gavin Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is actually quite good if you walk in knowing 2 things: exactly what you need from them and that they understand the system far better than you do. The older woman that works here is clearly competent at her job. I once returned some telecom equipment and she advised me to email them the tracking number receipt to receive my deposit back earlier. I've watched her clearly lay out the options and give informed recommendations to those sending packages. Only 4/5 stars because this place is clearly overworked and understaffed (as per usual).
