They always take extra good care of my costumes, the staff are friendly & the owner is very knowledgeable of the processes that are used. I've also had several alternations done by their seamstress who does a great job. I also love that that when they find my props or business cards in my costumes, they always take them out & attach them to the outside. Super fast too.

I started going because my father has been going for many many years, and he referred me to this place. I can now see why he has done so. Have nit failed to disappoint. I’d recommend anyone and everyone to get their dry cleaning done here !
D	D Peacock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In mid September I took in a brand new king comforter to be "dry cleaned" before putting it on my bed. A few days later I picked it up, brought it home and the top side had shrunk so much that it no longer covered even the top of the mattress. I took it back and Wendy the manager said they would try to stretch it back out. Three days later going to pick up my comforter I was informed that they could not stretch it back out. While speaking with Wendy (who is rude and gets very defensive), she stated they would not be responsible for the shrinkage problem, as they followed the "tag instructions" which says it could be laundered in "cold water". She also handed me a letter to take it back to the place I purchased it from to get a refund for selling an inferior product, and the label should have said "dry clean" only. Lesson learned, what is the point of paying 50.00 for "dry cleaning", leaving it there for 3 or 4 days, when they make their own decisions to run it thru a oversized washing machine instead, I could have done this myself and had it completed in a day, now I am out the 200 for the comforter plus the 50 "dry cleaning" (she wouldnt even reimburse this), plus the cost of getting a new comforter, I will not be using Gillette again, even tho I have for years, due to their lack of responsibility and blaming the product even tho I wanted and paid for "dry cleaning".
k	kevin k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The jacket that I got dry cleaned at this place still smell of chemicals, they didn't even vent out the smell before handing it. After a day of airing it out at my house, I wore the jacket and now my forearm is red and tender.
E	Evy Werner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a blouse in and asked them if they could fix a bleeding between two colours. I said if it wasn’t fixable, I didn’t want the blouse dry cleaned. The employee said she would check and call me. No call and when i went in to to get my blouse, they had dry cleaned it against my wishes and the problem was still noticeable. They charged an outrageous amount and no offer to reduce the price, or even an apology. I will NEVER take anything there again. When i asked for a phone number for the owner or manager, they would not give it to me! Is that how you run a business??

New policy is that they would have to wash them before hemming. $200 designer jeans that are brand new and they want to wash them first. I don’t think so. It’s hard to find someone you trust with your nice clothes. Trust is now broken. Could never bring clothes here again knowing that they could wash them without my ok. Sorry gillettes another costumer lost. I do not recommend bringing your stuff here anymore.
