★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible quality and awful customer service. I paid $40.00 to have a pair of curtains hemmed. I requested that they be hemmed to 92" and they came back 2 different lengths (1" difference in length). I took the curtains back to be fixed and they came back 2 different lengths again and both shorter than 92", and one of the panels had a snag on it that had not been there when we took the curtains in. I requested a refund because the curtains are ruined. They are both too short, two different lengths and one has a snag. The owner refused a refund or to take any responsibility for this. He said that he would ask the seamstress to add on fabric to the bottom of the curtain (this would look terrible) and if that didn't work he would give us $20.00 back. So disappointed and frustrated with their service. I will never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to get my leather jacket color and markings fixed. Service was pretty nice and quick. Owner came in and gave advice on how to take care of the leather jacket and avoid more damage. The seamstress also gave some tips to make it better fitting. Happy with the results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave them a genuine suede (goat) skirt, and asked for it to be dry cleaned. The lady at the front desk looked at the washing instructions and told me she could clean it. Before this, the skirt had never been washed, was gently worn, and extremely soft. I received the skirt back and it felt very rough, there was dark spots near the stitching, it looked like it was burnt, and the skirt had a "stretched out" appearance. Very disappointed with the service I received, the staff ensured me they could clean this skirt and I trusted them. Will never return and I will mention to my friends and family to avoid this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, always asks how I’m doing and remembers my name. Went there to get the stain off my silk cocktail dress and although they couldn’t, the lady there gave me options to make it look better. Even though other dry cleaners refused to even take the dress in. Prices are reasonable compared to other places and they even gave me half price for the dress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic staff, I always take my blouses and coats here. The seamstress here is an expert at making sure your clothes look like they’re made for you. I left a twenty dollar bill in one of my winter coat once and the staff there reminded me of it and gave it back when I came for my clothes. If you’re thinking of getting your clothing fixed, come here. You won’t regret it!
