I heard only good things about this clinic but was disappointed when I showed up with my two kids only to find out that the doctor was done for the day. I think they should be more respectful to patients' time as well.
S	Suprina Kumar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistently awful. Even if you have an appointment booked you will be waiting. First in the waiting room for at least half an hour. Then in the room for anywhere for 15-20 minutes. Once I waited for 45 minutes even before I was placed into a room. If you’re late to the appointment you lose your spot but if the doctor is behind schedule for over an hour there is no care for the patients time and you will be left waiting with no updates on when you may actually see the doctor. Was told to even come in for a prescription refill of medication I take daily for the last three years by the front desk staff and when I finally saw the doctor I was told the ladies at the front could have filled out a form and had it sent. Also waited for a call back that never happened for a referral. Once when the original referral was made and the second time when I called in for some questions I was told I would get a call back which also never happened. This place is close to my home but it is clear that my time would be better spent driving to another clinic further from home for better service.

However, I went with my 2 year old on a Wednesday morning right when they opened at 9am, the receptionist didn't get there until 9:05, and then was informed there actually wasn't going to be a doctor there until Noon. Why open without a doctor? If they knew that, maybe put a sign on the door saying "sorry no doctor until noon today" so we don't wait outside your door with a sick toddler at 9am waiting to see a doctor.
N	Natasha Stephenson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going to this clinic for awhile now. I haven't really had a steady family doctor before becoming a patient of Dr. Afia. S Wait times are reasonable. I had to go in for a prescription refill and had an appointment booked walked in right away. I'm bad with appointments and tend to choose to be a walk-in...most of the time I am quoted 30min wait, but usually get in fairly quick (20min at most)...my recommendation, bring a book and don't complain, you don't know whats going on in the background right? - I work in an Optical Clinic and have set appointments, clinic may look dead but isn't. Anyways, I like how clean this office is. Also, I like the doctor a lot. She's extremely patient and thorough with me. My first visit was because of a cold, I had gone to another walk in clinic and the person gave me codeine cough medicine but it didn't help at all except make me sleep...even though I had asked for antibiotics because my cold mimicked one I had previously. Went to her a few days later and she gave me antibiotics and my cold cleared up two days after. I recently saw a new male doctor there and he was also helpful. The doctors communicate well with each other I noticed. I'm waiting to hear back on a referral but I was given an update from reception at their office. Overall I like their office and obviously will be going back.

My child got hungry and antsy so we left without seeing the doctor. If you value your health and time, I recommend to make different arrangements. If you have time to spare, better go prepared and pack dinner if you need to see the doctor here.

They use people who have any health issues to make themselves feel better as they preach their religious bullsht to you.
