This is not a #1 and she gave me onion rings instead of a poutine and when I told her it’s supposed to be a poutine she said well this is what we got it as. They also never put a lid on the blizzards. This is the worst DQ I’ve been to.

They ask you to move out of the drive way so they don’t lose their target drive thru time but in truth you are waiting for a serious time before you receive your order. The was not like it even hot when I received it I am confused why it took so long. This location use to be good but I have seen a lack in customer service and food taste as well.

Tonight it’s all new staff and cross contamination of the blizzards was real. I ordered cherry chocolate, my wife ordered Reese’s and all you could taste in the cherry one was peanut butter. Thank goodness I’m not allergic or that would have been terrible. Blizzards were also not presented upside down so head there quick and get them free…

I've been to different locations and have passed others on the way home but I like going to this location better. We usually order blizzards and the odd large order of onion rings. This time around, we've ordered the #6 combos along with blizzards. The staff member we dealt with, Carole was amazing, funny and welcoming. Carole remembered us visiting before and it was a nice feeling to be remembered, even though it had to have been more than a month or so. Blizzards were amazing as usual. Burgers, onion rings & poutine really hit the spot.

This is their tossed chicken strip basket.... hardly any sauce on the chicken strips and fries half full (they never fill them like other locations). This is always the case at this location, and the time before this our peanut buster parfaits had so much salt with the peanuts it was absolutely disugsting, too lazy staff to refill the peanut container and rather scoop all the salt at the bottom into the parfaits. They also don't give out receipts with their orders so you can't come back and let them rectify a mistake. Bad experience everytime.
