I was looking for a car with low mileage and a car that would last me awhile. From multiple cars to choose from and the amazing staff, I would highly recommend this place. Bought Infiniti FX here. Left deposit and said that coming from another province to pick it up. I was ok with paying for overpriced vehicle if I’m buying a vehicle that I’m going to be sure that it would pass inspection here in SK. They said that it passed their inspection and guaranteed that battery (that I Insisted to change) passed. Alignment was done and I can get fuel for coming back home. I never ever had problems with buying from dealerships so decided to move forward and drove 7hrs to get finished, great condition vehicle. Long story short: 1. It had 1/3 tank once I was picking up vehicle. 2. Daytime running lights not working. 3. Battery died first day after I got back home. 4. Failed inspection because it failed alignment check. 5. Windshield wipers felt apart on way back home (forgot to check before we left) 6. Had to change all lug nuts as those rusted to wheels (have no idea how they finished inspection without taking wheels off the car) I had to turn around after I called shop from receipts and they said that they never touched alignment and stuff, but sales said that it was a mistake and I had to talk to owner as he is one who knows about all work done to it. Guys, never trust anyone. Check yourself or you would throw 2000$ to garbage just like I did. (If you are locals) (Have no idea how could you check all that if you coming out of province tho. Buy locally I guess…) Ps. Paid for fixing from my pocket to get it registered at least. Sent info to dealership but don’t even hope to get money back for it. Will include total cost of fixing this “Inspected” vehicle after get it back from the shop..

I had an amazing experience at this dealership. Sikandar and his team were such a delight to deal with and truly went above and beyond to serve our needs. They took he time to understand our requirements without putting pressure on us while also giving us our space but being around for any questions that we had.
