I have had some terrible experiences with car dealerships and servicing but at this dealership, I felt at ease. They are so nice and helped me every time it was needed when i was viewing the car. They were so patient with me and gave me great service. Their pricing is very good and was in my budget. They give expert advice on what my car actually needs and what it does not(especially Zarar). I have recommended all my friends and family to buy a car from them when they need it. Once again, thank you so much.

friendly staff and had the exact vehicle i was looking for with low mileage and in good condition. Negotiated a small discount to the asking price but to be honest the price was pretty reasonable anyway compared to elsewhere.

Great help! They have many good priced cars on their lot. I bought a car from them and the process was very smooth from the beginning to the end. Would recommend this dealership to all of you!

New to buying from a dealership in Alberta but they made it super easy, and even gave me a lift to drop off my rental car and go to the registry office. Very friendly and helpful, and the car seems decent though I've only had it one day (so if it falls apart in the next week I'll update). So far I would highly recommend this dealership.

I was interested in financing a rebuilt Honda civic and the owner insisted the rebuilt status would not be a problem. I went ahead and gave a 500$ deposit as i was pre approved. Unfortunately my financing agent overlooked the fact that it was rebuilt, so i went to the dealerships financing agent who assured me the rebuilt status would not be a problem. They did not have the correct documents and it took over a week to get a concrete answer. He eventually was able to get ME approved but no bank will finance a rebuilt status vehicle. I asked the dealership for my deposit back as the amvic rules state a deposit must be refunded if the customer has been misinformed or mislead. The dealership still refused to give the money back as they state it is their policy to not refund deposits. Dont buy a car here if your looking for trust or courtesy. I would get a lawyer involved but it would end up costing me more than the 500$. Stick to real dealerships, they wont try to scam you like country hills auto did to me. Edit after response: 1. I am not a finance manager nor is my dad. 2. Our finacing agent overlooked the fact the car was rebuilt which i mentioned in the review. 3. It was YOUR financing agent that assured us we could get approved. Which was the only reason i sent the second deposit. (Misleading) 4. Your own policy is irrelevant when the amvic rules are the overlooking authority. 5. I NEVER GOT APPROVED!! I would be driving the damn car if that was the case. 6. The deposit was given with no written agreement via e-transfer (your financing agent told me id definitely get approved) I am absolutely amazed at the lies you told and the story you made up. Wes said he would talk to you and hear your side of the story so i know you know the car didn’t get approved. This is why people have no trust in dealerships. You are the problem.

Inspection sheet was incorrect and when I brought my car home it completely died and the owner of the business tried tacking it on me β€œyou must’ve left the lights on” and when we bring it into the shop (his shop) it’s the alternator. (Which is probably the same people who said the alternator was in good condition). Who would have thought. Still made me pay a portion of the fix for the alternator along with a lot of ECU codes that popped up after it was installed. Shady business like any other car dealership, made it seem like it was an inconvenience on them to help boost my dead car that I spent 10 grand on. Still have to spend about ~3000-4000 more Canadian dollars to have the timing belt and hoses repaired (which also-was said to be in good working condition on the inspection sheet). Maybe just look at another place if they don’t have exactly what you want. Edit: To clarify, I said the timing belt and hoses needs to be replaced and it was actually the serpentine belt along with a nice oil leak that dripped directly on the alternator. I have no idea why the dealership needs to respond and try and discredit my review. I’ve already spent about $5000 and there’s still tons that needs to be done. Another thing that has come up, since writing my first time is actually the paint on my bumper is starting to peel off, it was noticeable the first time I took it through the car wash- they must have used a little paint correction wand instead of repainting the bumper, probably just so people wouldn’t notice when they test drove it.
