Went to the parts desk a few days ago to order some parts for my k20 swap. Found it really cool that he(forgot his name sorry) knew about the process and which car I needed parts from even though they’re older models. Outstanding service and friendly. I will definitely be back if and when I need more parts for this build.

Joshua Dean Was our sales representative! I gotta tell you, my husband Larry and I have bought a lot of vehicles over the years and, we were completely blown away with Josh! He was so thorough, professional, educated and funny too. Josh went over every detail with us and showed us things we never would of found on our own and, he even helped us set up our phones too. We love our CRV and we will be sure to tell everyone about our experience! Honda North did themselves a huge favour, when they hired Josh!!

Daren our amazing salesman is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond the norm to make sure his clients are well taken care of. He took the time to go over all the features inside and out of our new CRV. Overall the whole experience with Daren and John (finance) was great. We highly recommend Northern Honda and asking for Daren if you are looking for a vehicle.

I attended the Dealership several times in making my decision to buy there. I dealt with Zach Demers who was patient and had excellent product knowledge. He kept me informed on arriving vehicles. All the staff I dealt with were polite and professional. This made buying a newer vehicle a pleasant experience.

I am now driving my 3rd Honda: I have had a Pilot, a Fit, and an HR-V. I find that the service department at this dealership isn't totally reliable. Last summer I had over $3,000 worth of work done, and they gave me back my car out with almost no coolant in the radiator. I was going on holiday, and this was a serious problem. When I got back to town, they agreed to flush and refill the radiator at their expense, but this should never have happened in the first place. A month ago I bought a 3-year-old HR-V here - it had just come off a lease, with very low mileage. The used car was not cheap. Within 4 weeks of very cold weather, the battery went completely flat and wouldn't hold a charge. After some discussion, the dealership agreed to put in a new battery, at their own expense, but they tried to suggest they were doing me a favour by doing so. It would have cost them only $150, max, to have replaced the old battery before selling me the car - it had been sitting on their lot for almost 2 months during the winter. I would have been saved considerable trouble and worry if the dealership had been more proactive about preparing the car for sale. On the whole, I feel that I get better, more reliable service from my local car mechanic who owns and operates his own shop.

I do need to say that for my first experience with Honda I was more than satisfied and absolutely impressed. Darren went over and beyond his call of duty. He was professional, caring and an excellent salesman. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family. Thank you Honda for your remarkable service.

We just bought a used car from Northern Honda. We are morn than happy with the way we've been treated. Everyone we've been interacted with is so nice and friendly. Most importantly is that they are very reasonable when come to a sale. From the Sales Manager Sam Barber to Sales Consultant Mike Chandler to the financial Manager John Griesser, their professionalism and care for their customers we can never forget! I was really impressed with the service from start to finish. I was greeted by name and introduced to everyone, which made me feel comfortable and right at home. They even remembered who I was when I went back a week later to pick up my new Civic. Mike is a fantastic sales person. He went over all the vehicles options and recommended extra warranties that would be of benefit to me, without being pushy. The process was a breeze and I feel that my trade-in was fair . As a woman, it can be daunting to purchase a vehicle on your own, but I feel like everyone at North Bay Honda is honest and trustworthy. I live 155km North of North Bay, but I will make the trip for maintenance when it’s needed as often as possible. Thanks for everything!
