E	Eunice Mende on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Process was smooth and good the Mazda car i got is amazing. But the rearview mirror is cracked and they said they will cover the fees for it. Today, went back in to get the rearview mirror fixed as per discussion that i can come at 11am. However now, the mechanic won’t be here til 1:30 or 2 and the time to get the mirror fixed will take up to an hour and a half. So i have to wait here until 4pm. I will be waiting here for 5 hours. Wish they could have told me beforehand so i dont have to wait too long lol. The lack of communication is wacked
H	Harjot Janda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place I’ve ever been, wish I could give zero stars. Sales person (not sure what their name was) was rude to me and my family. Kept on yelling, raising his voice and overall being extremely childish. Tried to give me a spoken agreement even though I read on the contract that no spoken agreements are allowed. When I asked for what he was promising me to be written down he started yelling and saying “I’m not going to run away with your money”. Overall a scam, don’t recommend anyone buy from them unless you want to get yelled at in front of everyone there when expressing concerns about the vehicle you’re trying to buy.

R	Robyn Durocher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealer and wish I had been more diligent because they were not up front. The vehicle had been rebuilt, which we asked what the rebuild was and were told "front end, passenger side accident" I should have asked to see the carproof myself because after paying a non-refundable deposit and coming back two days later to get the car I was told it has actually been in 3 claims including a major front end accident. Due to the past claims, the hood does not fit the vehicle properly and shutters constantly at highway speeds. I'm certain the dealer also let air out of the front tire for our test drive, in order to hide a slight wheel alignment issue. I knew the vehicle would have been inspected and should have asked for a copy before the purchase even though it wasn't offered. The inspection listed a faulty air bag and additional work that was needed. I take full responsibility for what I should have done differently but I really feel the dealership has an obligation to be up front and they were not only not up front but I feel like it was underhanded and sneaky, especially the low air scheme. Such a joke. Will not purchase another vehicle here or recommend this dealer, with the hood concern they shouldn't have even sold this vehicle.

Faisal is good guy, honest, reliable and relatable to costumers! Good Job Faisal and Dilpreet!!! Free Mcdonalds because we were hungry.. car wash and full tank! What a way to treat a costumer right!
B	Brett ? on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I went to view a car as we were super interested in a car they had on their lot, All the sales people just sat inside and stared at us.There weren't any other customers around, other than us. They had the option make a potential sale as we really liked the car, but no service equals no sale. I find that super funny, especially in the sales business. Unfortunately for them we won't be back.
A	Amanjodh Janda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service, when asked to give written agreement to a refundable deposit he said he can’t and when i asked why it cant be done he told me he doesn’t want to deal with this. When i went to look at the vehicle the tires were so worn down that they weren’t road safe. When i brought up this concern and asked for new tires, which I was willing to have added to the price of the car, the sales person tried to tell me the tires were perfectly safe even though i could see that the tread was past the point of being safe to drive on. When i asked him why he was unwilling to add tires he started to raise his voice at me although i was perfectly calm. The sales person also went on to tell me I was being “bossy” when i asked for a written agreement on the things that were being promised to me. The sales people at this establishment are extremely unprofessional and argumentative as well as childish. Do better if you want people to actually buy from you and don’t yell at potential customers.
