Today I required the rental a day earlier than I reserved. Amellie was very professional and efficient and had us on our way in a very short time. Thanks to the staff at this location my issues were very pleasantly resolved. GREAT service.
A	Ariba Shah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were told that returning the vehicle early would have resulted in us saving the daily charge, as long as it was prior to the pick up time. When returning, the agent at the desk didn’t change the charge at all. And tried to tell us that the charge would be the same despite the contract also stating that the return date was obviously different than the date we were returning. She really had no idea what the contract stated and tried to explain things away incorrectly. The agent was unable to do anything herself. She called the manager who stated he would try to do the refund and email us. She told us that we could leave but refused to give us anything in writing. That’s a great way to not have any proof when they don’t follow through… so they’re trying to steal your money. She also refused to give the car key back when we stated we’d just get the full use of it then! Terrible service overall. Edit: updating this to 3 stars because Bish, the manager, came and was very helpful. He resolved our concern without any issues.

She is the type of person who will brighten your day immediately. In addition, she is fast and efficient to process all the paperwork to give me my rental car. Excellent customer service.

My move is a bit unique timing-wise and budget (the manager Jay) was very accommodating to our unique needs. Will definitely be renting from here again and recommend any person in need of transportation to highly consider budget as they are very helpful and accommodating. Thank you budget for your support in my first move away from home.

Normally car rental places aren’t the greatest experiences but Emma really made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Despite the traffic this location gets, i found that they give universal customer care to their customers and I highly recommend booking at this location! It’s 15 mins from the airport and a great alternative to the airport rentals with better pricing! Again, thank you Emma from budget for taking care of us so efficiently.

I was told there’s no direct number for this location and wrong information regarding checkin/pick-up. Lucky for me the staff here were outstanding! I arrived a tad early (at call centres guys guidance), and they were extremely helpful and caring, they put up with me being annoyed and confused. I’d definitely rent here again, the customer service from the facility staff was amazing and they answered all my questions: even gave me recommendations for my trip which I took and it DID NOT disappoint! The car was amazing! Worked well, mine had previous hail damage, but that was noted during initial pickup inspection and documented so that was reassuring.

The other man behind the counter (didn't get his name) was also amazing, taking care of several customers at once to ensure things moved along swiftly. They gave me a fair price on my rental and an even better price on an upgrade.
