Was shuttled from airport to Car Rental, driver was very pleasant and friendly. Staff at Rental office was great! We were dealt with quickly so we could get on our way. the vehicle as brand new with only 400 km so very much enjoyed a new vehicle. because we were dropping the vehicle off on a Sunday when office was closed Driving Force Rentals had an arrangement with hotel near airport to drop car off and we were shuttle to our airline at the Calgary airport. We will definitely use them again in our next trip to Calgary. Thanks for the Great experience.

I recently bought a truck from Driving Force in Calgary with some support from their Edmonton West location. I live near Edmonton, and had to do a majority of my deal over the phone and through email with Dom. He went above and beyond to help me complete the process and work out the logistics of acquiring a car in Calgary while living three hours away. Ken in the Edmonton sales office was a great help in finalizing everything and taking possession of the truck. I am very happy with our experience at both locations.

I had the best experience with Dom DiDomenicantonio at the Driving Force in Calgary. I first connected with Dom in April 2021 about a Dodge Caravan I was quite eager about. Unfortunately, as we were conversing someone was able to buy the van online ahead of me before we could secure the deposit and I was truly disappointed. (Tip: don’t do what I did, place the deposit online, money is refunded if you don’t buy) A few days later I hear from Dom and he has leads on a couple of vans that will be coming up for sale. I was fortunate that I had time on my side and my target need was for May long camping. With some back and forth on a couple of different vans, Dom was able to secure the perfect van for me! I wanted all the bells and whistles and I had a set budget. Others dealerships could not even compare to rates at Driving Force! I had to be patient while my van went through it’s processing and reconditioning. I was highly impressed by their standards and Dom went above and beyond for me and exceeded their standard. At such a great price point and with the support of Kyle (finance guy) vetting all my questions, it was a no brainer to secure the comprehensive extended warranty. With faith in Dom and team, and time on my side, I am happy to share that I picked up my van ahead of the long weekend target. I had the best experience with the Driving Force and I truly felt that their customer care was genuine. Dom is an amazing person, even just recently giving me tips on selling my old car. At the end of it all, Driving Force has an impressive sales & reconditioning process, pretty unbeatable prices…. And Dom is the man to see! :)

Very helpful and informative. Last week I bought a car from there and this is our first time so we faced so many defficulities to getting insurance. However Dom and kyle are so helpful and patient, they provided great service. So i really recommend this place for getting new and rental vehicles.

Extremely worth prices. Nice services. We rented 2 vehicles for 3days but unexpectedly we couldn't return the vehicle on time and we returned late night. But they were really generous and charged us only for 3days and nothing for the delay. We loved their service and would recommend them. But I personally hated the policy of driver's age to be 25+.

Customer service at it absolute best. Both Kyle and Rob had our company's best interest at the forefront. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were always satisfied. Definitely recommend. Thanks guys
