★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got this rental online the night before at a rate very comparable to others around my hotel. Arrived to pick up my car at 11 am and they were very busy. I had to wait about 25 min but in the end I got a new Jeep Compass ( upgraded from economy) and it was very clean and smelling new. The gentleman walked around the vehicle with me and I was off on my trip. I returned the car 5 days later and was immediately waited on upon my arrival. I dropped the car off and was on my way in about 7 minutes, no problems. I would rent from here again without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked compact car through Costco and when we got to car rental place, we got intermediate car. New and only had under 1,000 kms on it, I think. The car had technology features like back up assist and blind spot detector. Very nice. Didn't feel any pressure at all to buy extra protection. Saved money booking here than Calgary Airport early summer this year. The taxi is under $30. Dropped car at the Airport with no additional charge. Would recommend.

But what I really admire about this location is their honesty. I left an envelope of cash after returning the rental over night and I called the next day to find that it was turned in to their agents at the desk. I recommend this location.

I've rented a few times from them in the past couple months and am currently renting a vehicle from them because the last hail storm damaged my car. I've always been impressed by the customer service, promptness of responding to my enquiries and concerns, and the cleanliness and condition of the vehicles.

We were told that the only solution was to wait until a vehicle was returned, which could take hours or even days. Nothing against the staff there, but I would not recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy there was nice, car came in time but they vleaned it jn a hurry....we left to Banff and we noticed that the windshield is dirty and when we tried to clean it we found out that the windshield fluid ...mist...for the front windshield is not working at all. Not a big isue but it is safer if people can clean the windshield.
