We had bought a New car from Hyundai Calgary location last week. Amazing! Customer service Was provided by Deep. He explained all the necessary information that we need to purchase a vehicle and helped alot to provide the great deal on the Car that we purchased! Highly recommend to visit Hyundai Calgary if you are thinking to get a New Hyundai vehicle! Great customer service.

We walked into Calgary Hyundai just before finalizing a different car. Here we met with Eddy and he informed us about the available Santa Fe models. Knowing what we wanted to buy helped us make the decision to buy a Hyundai useful and Eddy was an excellent Sales person who helped us through out the buying process. The best part what I liked about this place was the warmth and hospitality of Eddy and his team.

I am their so called VIP membership and wanted to use tire storage. I called them and they said they are busy. After that every time I call no one would pick my calls. I left two voice messages. One yesterday and one today. No return calls. If you are looking for a new car to buy or looking for a car services please do not go there. This is my advice to new buyers. Hyundai precision is pretty good. I went there one time. Their services ends once you bought the car. If there is an option for zero stars, I would give that. This is not the first time, I had trouble since the very first day of buying car here. I will keep writing reviews.

Bought this lovely Tucson of the Calgary Hyundai outlet. And the experience was beyond amazing. The sales fella - Cameron- who handled my deal was great. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed. It felt more like he guided me through the process. And don't let me get started on Amez Soran of Finance. Amazing, friendly, professional and enthusiastic. Made sure all my papers got done in time, kept me in the loop once the car arrived and was going through the PDI process. And was so genuinely excited for me. I can't recommend the outlet enough. And Calgary Hyundai - these two fellas deserve a raise. They are super amazing.

I have had the tremendous opportunity of being served by the awesome team at Calgary Hyundai over the course of approximately 10 years. Throughout this time I have always been treated with the utmost respect both in the service department and the sales department. During my most recent visits to the dealership I was fortunate to work with Eddy, a member of the sales team. This young man is patient, kind, hardworking and willing to learn while at the same time being focused on professionalism and honesty. The sales team at Calgary Hyundai is very fortunate to have Eddy "in their court". Discussing my needs and possible solutions with him was indeed a pleasure. Thank you Eddy!! In terms of the service department I was also privileged to work with Devon Fritzky. Devon has been at the dealership for several years and he too demonstrates patience, kindness and a deep sense of professionalism ensuring that all service work is completed in a timely manner and to top Hyundai standards. Thank you Calgary Hyundai for all that you do to serve your customers so thoroughly. And by the way, I love finding my vehicle washed and looking its best when I pick it up after the service has been completed. In my opinion Calgary Hyundai sets a standard that few dealerships can boast of. Keep up the good work. You are all appreciated.

Kingsley was amazing, he was helpful and focused on what I needed, as opposed to more expensive...he actually talked me out of upgrading, do you really need that? Will you use it? Does it add value to your life? I ordered a perfect Hyundai Elantra Hybrid Preferred to be made at the factory, but ended up with the ultimate in a different colour because of supply issues (they had an order with the ultimate already in and I'd have to wait six or more months for the blue preferred one I ordered.) Instead of making me wait, they went above and beyond to get me into a better than what I needed car, and somehow it was a better deal! I'm so happy, so, for purchasing a car with open discussion and someone who takes into account only what is good for the customer, I highly recommend Kingsley at Calgary Hyundai. He even answered questions I had on his day off? Whaaat? Yea, he's crazy good. Everyone there was friendly, happy, smiling and helpful. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. ❤?? all the raves. (They even kept my car safe inside for a couple of weeks until I was back in town and could come and pick it up.)

I worked with a lot of different people during my car deal and all of them were very helpful and friendly to deal with. In November, Matteo and Steve helped me as well as another man in finance. I apologize, I don’t recall his name, but he was very tall and stylish. That day, after a couple hours of negotiation, I agreed to trade in my 2018 Tucson and ordered a 2022 Tucson Preferred AWD with Trend package.  By early February, the vehicle I ordered did not yet have a delivery date(not their fault, a wait was expected). Sunny, one of the sales managers called to let me know that they had received some new NLine Tucsons that they did not expect on the lot and asked if I wanted one of those. Sunny had the car ready and waiting for me when I went in to test drive it. I loved it and agreed to buy one of the beautiful NLines instead of waiting for the original vehicle I ordered. Sunny helped me finalize the deal and made sure it was organized for me. Sunny seems extremely busy – get that man an assistant, or at least a break!  Jacky finalized the financing part of the deal and he was really lovely to work with. I picked up my new car the other day and it is beautiful – I love it! Sunny greeted me when I picked it up and Gurveer did a walk through with me, showing me to use various features. My impression is Matteo is not longer on the sales team, so my new contact is Deepanshu who did a follow up the day after I took possession of the new vehicle.  The team at Calgary Hyundai made sure my plate was moved over and even renewed my registration as it was almost due for renewal. My previous Tucson was purchased out of Calgary but I have always had it serviced at Calgary Hyundai. Everyone I have encountered at Calgary Hyundai from Service to Sales and Finance has been awesome to work with. Would happily and confidently recommend Calgary Hyundai to anyone.
