I ordered an African Violet plant as I wanted to order a lasting floral gift. The plant arrived the next day, as requested. My daughter was delighted. I recommend this florist shop with the catchy name.

โ โ โ โ โ Incredible talent. I recently needed an arrangement for an important occasion so they consulted with me over the phone. They made some wonderful suggestions and given that I've purchased some premade arrangements from them before, I knew it would be done well. When I picked it up, I was actually overwhelmed by how beautiful it turned out. I could not have been happier. They love what they do and it shows.

โ โ โ โ โ The website didnโt get my credit card payment done right so I had to call from Ottawa to ask help. The agent was very helpful and friendly. The order was completed as requested with a picture taken which was sent with an email confirmation. What I like the most is their way of design flower arrangements.

โ โ โ โ โ The staff at Flower Chix were great! They were able to create and deliver a beautiful cut bouquet on the same day as ordered. They are kind, professional and have a knack for including special touches in each arrangement they design. I appreciate the fact that they give suggestions for flower combinations when you're unsure and they seem to have a good selection of seasonal flowers available. It is also great that delivery fees are reduced when the cost of the bouquet reaches a certain amount. Thank you for helping me to deliver some sunshine to my far-away friends in Calgary, Flower Chix. I will be sure to continue ordering from you in the future.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered flowers for Motherโs Day and the bouquet was beautiful and styled as shown (though different coloured lilies, not an issue). The bouquet was full and the lilies were fresh and fat, itโs clear there is still plenty of time to enjoy the blooms. The recipient was thrilled! Good price for the great quality as well. Delivery within Calgary was on the day as requested for a reasonable fee. Ordering from the website was super easy. A couple of years ago I ordered from another florist in the city and was severely disappointed by the size and quality of the bouquet. There was absolutely no disappointment here!
I also want to add: I was helping a bride arrange last minute flowers for a summer wedding last summer due to the possibility or her original plans falling through, and I called a bunch of florists in the city in a panic with only a week or two left. Flower Chix would have been able to accommodate us the day of the wedding but thankfully the brideโs original plans went ahead and we didnโt need to do an emergency order. I was still thankful the staff was so patient in listening to what our request was, and they were understanding and quick to respond. Excellent customer service!
