★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldnt order from them again. The arrangement that was delivered was nothing like the photo of one I ordered. I understand that timing would have been an issue, however; the colours chosen where not complimentary to eachother and there were gaps and spaces in the arrangement. Paying the amount that I did for what I received, I am incredibly disappointed.

The flower buds were closing up/dying and then wilted shortly thereafter. Additionlly, Ollie's didn't even offer a include a To/From card or a message to go with the delivery so my recipient didn't know what they were for or who they were from.
To make it all worse, their customer service was completely neglectful. When I emailed them about specifications they never answered, and then when I told them about my dissatisfaction along with a photo of the bouquet, they again ignored it and never replied to me; unacceptable.
There are plenty of florists in Calgary - I urge you to choose another one.

I ordered flowers for a birthday surprise and asked to be delivered.
On their website pictures look amazing. I received half-dead flowers that are completely different from what was advertised. I paid $200+ for what I could've bought in a convenient store for 19.99 (see pictures).
I called about this and their resolution was that "they will pick [flowers] up".
I was told that color of flowers is different because that's all they have, number of flowers is an illusion because some stems have flowers that are not open yet, our vase is different, and flowers ARE fresh - we got them yesterday (even though lady saw the picture of delivered flowers)
People buy flowers for special occasions. Flowers have meaning. It's very disrespectful to deliver half-dead "flowers" like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT recommend this flower shop. False advertising, flowers were nothing like the their photo online. The bouquet was half the size. Beyond overpriced. I emailed their "contact us" address and of course never heard back. What a terrible customer service and the whole experience in general. I made a mistake of not reading the reviews online, if I had done so I would've never considered this terrible place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered by phone from Ottawa for my daughter getting married in Calgary, the lady called me back very promptly, I emailed her a photo of what I had in mind for the bouquet & boutonniere, she called me back again & we discussed what flowers were available in the winter season & I basically said I would leave it in her hands. How pleased my daughter & I were! A beautiful bouquet & boutonniere & all ready for pick up as promised. I would definitely recommend Ollie's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried for 3 months to contact the owners to complain but they said they are always away. I call BS. I purchased my wedding flowers and they fell apart within 3 hours of the wedding. I had flower pieces falling all over the floor and table. By the end of the night nobody had a full flower left on. The bouquet looked like it was wrapped tight with black duct tape and most of the flowers I paid for you couldn't see as it was so tight. A HUGE MISTAKE BUYING FROM THIS LOCATION. cheap old flowers and untrained staff to make the orders. SAVE YOUR MONEY! or take your pictures first as the flowers WON'T LAST. UGLIEST BOUQUET EVER!!!!!
