M	Manjit Grewal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try Safeway cakes??? Very delicious !!! I ordered customized marble cake with real whipped cream and also my son's picture on it. All layers of cake were delicious not only top one as mostly cakes in other store taste good on top layer but quality goes down with bottom layers. Cake was very well decorated. Everyone loved the cake look and taste was also great.

I clearly told them i want coconut on the sides and they decided to put almonds instead without consulting. And also No caramel but NO the cake was full of that sticky white caramel ?. Not just that they decided to pour a litre of clear pure sugar syrup on top of already sugar dipped strawberries ?. No one took a bite its was so disgusting looking. My birthday cake was 50% caramel, 25% clear syrup, 5% fruit and 20% bread. I can’t believe I actually paid for it. I was so disappointed. Threw the whole thing in the trash. I wish I could post pictures. I beg everyone not to get anything from their bakery. Take your money somewhere else. I give them -5 stars

And now Sobeys has closed the Whitehorn location, Castleridge will be the only Safeway around here. Some of the store seems vacant as there are empty spaces. Since prices are going up, Safeway will not be my one stop store anymore and you don't get many Airmiles anymore either.

She said who eat fruit cake nowadays and when I ask politely she said you can put fruits by own at home . I was so disappointed I didn’t even place my order. So much disappointed! I will never go back

But when I told their employee name who took my order then they found my order slip. Employee said come back in half hour.i requested please deliver to my job location but refused.I arranged other driver and payed him for delivery. But worse things is that when I received my delivery I saw small basket but I paid for medium . I called and they told me that we didn’t have medium and hang up my called. Please don’t go for business at this location again for waste your money. They even doesn’t knew what professional customer service is?

I was looking for Panera salad dressing and asked for assistance from a worker stocking in the aisle. I did not catch his name but he was wearing knee pads. I asked him where it was and he said in the salad dressing aisle. I asked if he could show me and he said first aisle in the store. It felt like i was a nuisance to him and he could not be bothered helping me find it. I found it on my own and it was not in the area the worker said it was. He was not helpful at all, I was better off asking the homeless guy at the front of the store where it was.

I looked literally everywhere for sweet mango chutney and they had the exact kind I was looking for! The employees are really sweet too, but I've never had a bad encounter with a Safeway employee. They're always super delightful and make conversation!
