l	lets chat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i bought an iphone cable ($8) which frayed and burnt near the front part within 1 week. I took it back to the owner explained to her what happened. She claimed that i must have handled it roughly and it has NEVER ever happened in the history of this store. I explained to her that I was very gentle with it and was not rough with it at all. She refused to exchange it. tired of explaining i gave up so she was not believing me anything i said. bought the 2nd pair to make sure thinking who knows maybe i got a bad cable first time same issue. Not only these cheap iphone lighting made in china cables break down but they are also FIRE HAZARD. Interestingly, i ran in to one of their employee few weeks later outside at another place, i casually asked her if those cables have issues and she told me that they heard lots of customer complaints about those iphone cables not working. hmmm. So this proves that the owner lied to me. Now i work in customer service also, and this is NOT the way you should handle a customer issue by saying that "this has never ever happened before" big NO NO. This store has lost my business and all my future friends business because of this issue. Also fax costs $1 per page, if you have to send a fax , go to the public library and they do it for free.

She does not let you to touch and see things before buying them. Excuse me MADAM you need to attend some lessons in customer service. Every customer has right to check things before buying them. I know its a dollar store even then we don’t want to take broken or garbage or old stuff to our home. Very Very Very Very Very RUDE. Never ever going there. It was my first and last visit and would suggest everyone to refrain from this place. Even prices are way more higher as compared to other dollar stores. Its definitely below One star as have no other option to select for review.

I asked for the help to show me the stuff I wanted to buy but she refused to show me and said I can’t come I am busy at front while there was nobody. This is second time happened . We will never visit this place again ??
