S	S A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried to book our tickets with this company and worked with Asad. These people are scammers and they wasted our time. We went to them in the beginning of October but they continuously kept delaying our tickets. Once we were ready to book they kept dragging it out. They took our credit card information and made us sign a paper saying we received our tickets, but in fact we didn't receive our tickets. Asad kept saying you will get an email with your tickets, again and again. We went there so many time until nearly the end of November and he had still not booked the tickets. We visited maybe 15 or 20 times. Some times people would call and ask to speak to Asad he would tell the lady tell them I'm not here. This happened with us many times too. These people are scammers. They take your credit card information and leave you hanging. They ruined our holiday travel plans. These people will waste your time. Our flight had issues with the booking but they didn't tell us until the end of November. Ridiculous. We wanted to support our local travel agency, but no. It's better to go to the nw or sw and get better service.

They had an issue where our flights weren't getting booked because of some technical problem but didn't let us know until maybe 5 or 6 unanswered phone calls and ~10 visits. Don't waste your time with this bootleg travel agency.

M	M H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disclaimer: I usually don't leave bad reviews unless I have a terrible experience. However, I thought this might help other people before they step into the same trap. These guys are just rude! Once they sold us airline tickets, they started ignoring me. The insurance is a scam and I was charged for changing a flight date. Later on I found out that the airline is not charging anything extra for rebooking flights when I bought this up with Raj said that's how it is and started ignoring my emails. Next time I'll pay extra to not deal with these guys.

The person I was dealing with named Jyoti kept telling me will contact me but never did. I called her many times but she literally hung up on me once saying she is way too busy with other clients. No professionalism at all. Worst experience.
