She was very helpful , attentive , well informed and was quick to respond to my many queries. This experience was so smooth and stress free and she made sure she stayed in touch with me even when I was in Pakistan to inform me of any last minute changes . She was quick to arrange for an alternative flight when one of my return flight got cancelled.
