Highly reccomend going to Brian. What a fantastic service from Brian and crew. I had my vehicle back a day after dropping it off and it looked even better than when I bought it. I had a good experience with Brian. My 2003 truck needed a repaint (quarter panel and door). The truck is older so prepping the paint can be a real challenge, Brian had to repaint it several times to get it right. He did so without complaint and the truck looks new again! He could have hit me with a huge bill for rust but stuck with his original quote.

I went to this place for some work on the body of my car. I was given an estimate which I agreed to. I dropped my car off on the day and later got a call that the work has been done and at a fraction of the cost that was originally quoted. I found I was given honest advice and was billed properly. I will certainly go back when needed.

Brought in my VW sport wagon for driver fender replacement. Paint did not match, should have been SILVER ended up Silver/BLUE. Brian said it’s the best he could do. That it was pretty close, and it’s not like my car was a classic,like his BLUE dodge (Cause this makes a difference?) Doesn’t pay to go somewhere because they are cheaper, because poor quality shows! GO ELSEWHERE, (GUESS I LEFT OUT SMUG) might want to $pend some $$$ to update your ventilation while painting Thanks guy!

I've never written a review before, but I am so impressed with this service that I felt I needed to share this positive experience. As you can see from the picture, my car obviously needed a repair. I requested an online quote (with photo) from another company that sent me an email telling me I needed to wait 2 weeks to bring it in for an actual quote. Another company gave me a really high quote and said it would take 3 weeks to repair. I happened to be driving by this location and fully expected the same response. I was greeted by "the doctor" who came out and looked at my car immediately and gave me a quote on the spot. I was somewhat apprehensive as the quote wasn't "set in stone", but he assured me that it would be within a few hundred dollars (less or more). He then arranged for a car rental company to pick me up at a very reasonable rental price and I left my car there that day. Three days later, as he promised, I went and picked up my repaired car and was able to leave the rental there. As you can see from the picture, the repair was excellent! On top of this, the repair fee was $200.less than what he quoted. I have had the car for a month since the work was done and I am still extremely happy and so grateful. I remember during the first meeting that he told me "You are lucky you found me. I am your friend." and now I know he really meant it. I have read some of the reviews where people have been displeased with his work and his reponse is: why didn't you come and talk to me and we could make it right instead of posting a bad review....Well, I truly believe that he is the type of guy that would "make good" on any issues that were brought to his attention and there wouldn't have been a need to post a bad review! I have had some really bad experiences with car repairs and this experience has restored my faith that there are some good, honest people out there that won't take advantage of you. I am so grateful. I went to Dr Detail based off the previous reviews. You never know when you go to a new shop but Brian was fantastic. Fair quote and expeditious service. My car looks good as new. He communicates very well when things are ready and need to be picked up, etc. Would definitely recommend and will continue to go here of I need Autobody work in the future!
