I went into buy an air conditioner that was on sale last weekend. There was none left in stock, and I was offered the option to pay for my item, then when the delivery arrived the following week I would be contacted to come pick it up. The following Friday I called in, not having recieved a call to come pick up my item, only to be transferred to seasonal and hung up on multiple times, then have the phone to customer service ring until it automatically hung up on me 5 times. When I finally got through, customer service informed me that the soonest my order would come in would be 2 weeks from the original purchase date. Not super impressed having spent money, not getting my item when they said I would, lack of communication, and getting a run around...

I have to say I am very impressed with customer service today. Had a price sent to me today from a co worker on a table saw but by the time I arrived the price had jumped 150 dollars. After discussing with customer service and then talking to the manager they honoured the original price. Well done Lowes.

Came 1 hour before close to grab some electrical wire by the meter , I was in isle 9 for 45 min , I asked not 1 , not 2 , but 3 different people for help until I grabbed a roll of wire a lot longer then what I needed because who has time for that. Just wow , I mean I get if there isnโ€™t enough associates or whatever but not even a status update ? I know yโ€™all wanna go home but guess what ? I also wanna go home. Although I could tell one employee actually wanted to help me but couldnโ€™t find the help himself , he was in the tile isle at the time. Home depot has its issues but even they would have figured this out quicker.

I like how big and clean this place is, and they have a ton of selection. Went in for a dryer and they had 3!!! people helping out in the appliances section. Won't see that at some other hardware stores (stares disapprovingly at home depot). Very helpful, helped load the dryer in our van.

If you're looking for a technically sound staff on ground who's always ready to give hand n help you navigate through aisles when needed, Raj is your man. Really positive attitude n holds good functional knowledge about various categories of products. He helped me build my complete set of something from scratch while I was there n saw me off at the parking until all was done ???

Not to crowded, lots of help. But did not have what I needed. I was looking for the letters H and C that go in the center of the taps that cover the screws. You now have to buy the tap replacement and my taps are fine. I just needed the letters

The store was neat and tidy, everyone was following guidelines. The product was great and decently stocked. The reason it got a 4 was, after walking the entire store numerous times and running into many staff, not a single one of them addressed me, or even seemed friendly. One actually seemed to run away... I was mostly looked at as an inconvenience. There is no company culture at this location. For an organization this size, floor training would have been provided and better can be expected. If management is reading this, feel free to reach out if you need sales training assistance.

Lowe's is great if you know exactly what you're looking for and where to find it in the store. The key is knowing where to find it! Lowe's stores are huge and even with the aisles well labelled, it's not easy to figure out where certain items are stocked. Good luck trying to find an employee to help you. As others have mentioned, I also feel any employees I see are trying to avoid customers at all costs (this happened even before covid). My advise is to hire trained staff that offer help to customers
