★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dissatisfied with this company, my carpet is rippled everywhere after 4 years! They installed prior to us moving in. Carpet and linoleum. Now of course we have to remove the entire upstairs to fix this. It looks terrible! Never using them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is a very nice store loved the owner and his carpet samples he gave me a great deal on the carpet we wanted my wife loved it and my kids loved the feel it ran great through out our house. our house is over 2000sq feet and he did great. my brother is also going there so thank you ahmed for your support. i will be coming to you i need more carpet. thanks.

We got ~650 square feet done on the main floor of our house about a month ago, and we dealt with several carpet companies before going with Mosaic, so we know there is poor service out there. The price at Mosaic was very fair and uncomplicated (one price per square foot included carpet, underlay, and install - no hidden costs) ; the install was quick, and totally met our needs. There was a good selection of carpet available for quick installation. We were totally pleased with the service, everyone involved was great to deal with and now we're loving the new carpet! Thank you Mosaic!

The gentleman that we worked with took the time to truly understand what our needs were and didn't just try and sell us the most expensive carpet. He worked with in our budget and found a carpet that would be durable for our young family and dog. He was able to offer pricing that was significantly better than the other 10 carpet stores we went to and Mosaic was also able to schedule installation just days after we ordered. When the installer came, he was exactly on time and was so polite and professional. He worked hard and completed the project in less time than we expected. He even offered to help me move our furniture back! I have just been so impressed with every detail of this company and I would highly recommend them! When we can afford to do the rest of our home, Mosaic will definitely be where we go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t recommend these guys enough. We came in at 4pm on a Wednesday and had our carpets installed by noon on Thursday. The prices are amazing (some of the best we’ve seen while we were pricing out) and the installation was impeccable. Honest, hard working group over at Mosaic. Stop looking around and hire these guys instead. You won’t be disappointed and you won’t be paying inflated prices to maintain a fancy show room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found the pricing to be very good & happy with the product overall (other than them saying stains on the carpet are easily removed because of the stain guard - not true!). The installation job was terrible. Lots of lumps under the carpet - didn't even clean the floor before laying the carpet. Left glue up one wall. Some of the laminate is falling off after 1 yr. Lots of glue left on the laminate & spaces in between planks. Had the company come back a couple of times but problems continue to come up. Would never recommend them based on their installers.
