They are cheap rentals for a reason. Poorly built and poorly looked after. way better companies out there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one thing that I will have to say about City Vibe and the Skyview rental building, is that the site manager, Marianne has been great, at what is a mostly under-appreciated job. I had some difficulties with things in my suite, at first—it's a brand new building that isn't even fully occupied yet—but any question that I had, whether I emailed or called Marianne, she was quick to return my calls and deal with my issues. Stop the whining people. I've seen and heard you. Your mostly rude and entitled. If you want everything your way, save your money and buy a house. The builder has created affordable housing, in sizeable suites, which is rare in Calgary, in a brand new building. With parking. As far as I'm concerned City Vibe has done a great job at creating places for people that cannot afford a home, or don't want one, to live. Marianne Farkas I thank you. City Vibe as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ City Vibe owns and manages a number of properties throughout Calgary and Edmonton. Their buildings are well run and I've found them to be very responsive to any issues. The pricing is very competitive and I find you get a much larger unit with City Vibe than their other buildings. The units are well finished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since new management has come in the place has been nothing but horrible. They don’t care about the people renting. It seems like the care more about how they look- People rent these places to live not to be judged and run out of leases and homes because the management doesn’t like them. how dare they discriminate. I would not recommend renting from them as they do not communicate well either and will steal your money. I’ll be putting the word out about this place especially since I know the builders!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very unprofessional. No response to compaints. WOULD NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO MOVE HERE.
Within weeks of move in washer had a serious problem. I raised a complaint which took 1 week to register then the person who came was just inspecting, since then there is no reply or update that when the problem will be solved. It's been more than 3 weeks now. I have to be after them but still no response.
No reply to emails from service department.
Mail box of the building is tempered since a months & they put on Canada post's fault, on checking with them, it's the building management who is supposed to fix. But no action is taken. Tenants are facing huge difficulty going all the way to the depot just to check mails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to call 15 times today from 8-6pm and NO answer. Imagine the people in the building across from you having a party until 4:45 am and you have to wake up for work at 5:30am. Imagine their guest are yelling at all the residence ACROSS The balcony to fight them. I cannot believe I moved from TORONTO and have worse landlord and neighbour situations lol. Ridiculous. People yell all times of night and nothing is done. Don’t move here
