I have been renting from classic property for 2 yrs. Very friendly and they always answer my emails and requests for maintenance very promptly and fix things immediately. I would definitely recommend renting from them, miles better than any other rental company I have rented from.

Negligent company. Do not use for any Real Estate Transactions. They did not vet renting neighbors. They moved in and destroyed the neighborhood. Shady, shady, I repeat shady company. Use someone else, beware. Do not support negligent companies like this one.

RENTERS BEWARE The staff are polite but the actual management of properties is neglectful and sub-par. Two parts: 1. They do not return your emails. I had a flood from the big July rainstorm in 2019. It leaked into two basement rooms. I sent several emails with pictures. No reply. I went into to office and spoke to the receptionist. She apologized and assured me it would be taken care of. I still have not received any information and NO flood mitigation has been done on 120 Hendon Drive NW. Beware there may be mold. 2. They do not uphold what they say, and will hide behind clauses. Upon signing they have a clause they says if you wish to terminate early it will cost you 200$ (that can't come from your deposit) and that they MAY withhold your DD if there are problems with the place of if they are unable to find new tenants. I asked the employee with whom I was speaking: IF I wish to terminate early, what would need to be done to get my DD back? I was told that assisting in finding new tenants and leaving the house clean would likely result in the return of my DD. I cannot speak for whether or not she was being truthful, but be aware this is NOT the case. In transparency some of the deposit would have been kept to replace an appliance, but not all of it (I checked several local stores for equivalent models and shared the information with Classic - no response) I send several tenants (all applied) to Classic both prior to and after my departure from the property. The property owner turned them down, which Classic used as one reason to justify keeping my full deposit. I was redirected to a different employee, one with whom I had never met nor spoken. The grammar in their email made it slightly hard to understand what they were trying to say. I gathered that they had no interest in returning any of the money and hid behind the clauses, disregarding what the employee with whom I signed had said. All in all stay away from Classic if you want a positive renting experience. Look at their overall review scare (as of today 2.3) I am not the only one. STAY AWAY

I have been renting a unit for close to 4 years and am constantly amazed by Classic’s customer service. They truly care about both their properties and tenants. Repairs/Maintenance are completed within days! They are very attentive and always a pleasure to work with.

We were tenants in a unit managed by Classic for around 18 months. Ruth was always quick to send someone to fix any issues and handled cheques, deposits, lease agreements.. etc. in a professional manor. When our washing machine broke, Ruth had a handy man show up that evening. The poor guy was in the middle of a date and brought his wife! We ended our lease early and Warren really worked hard to find someone to take over. His availability was fantastic and he was efficient and considerate when it came to showings.

I rented with them for 1.5 years. Great value. They come and fix things when broken. Company is quite strict on the condition of the place when returning it them. Example would be the freezer had the smallest grayness frozen on the bottom. Dust on a light bulb above the stove. These were things they were going to charge me for cleaning service if I didn't do it. Management (Ruth) is who you will be communicating with 90% of the time. She is temperamental. You never know if she will snap at you or be very sweet. I'm sure she is a good person though. Sometimes they will ignore you emails.

Extremely unprofessional and negligent company. Staffs are very rude. Never trust them.

We lived at our place for 4 years that Classic Property Management managed. Throughout the four years we were extremely happy with the service we received from them! All our service calls were handled immediately and issues were resolved promptly and efficiently and they were always willing to work our schedules! They always kept to their word and we received our full damage deposit back, no issues what so ever! Ruth and her team were awesome! Definitely a great experience with them! :)
