L	Luba Malov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THEIVES! When I entered my apartment two days before possession I found some personal items were missing and some were moved from original place. When my realtor raised the issue to the buyer's Century 21realtor, he discussed with new owner and admitted taking some items. It is hard to believe realtor didn't notice when items were taken if he was with the buyer in the apartment. I was the owner of the property! Taking stuff from the sellers' property during the visit is shameful and illegal. When I raised the complaint to Century 21operations manager, Arshad Rashed he answered that; "these allegations are unfounded". The realtor admitted that items were taken but his manager declared it as "unfounded"! However, facts are facts and being rude will not change those facts. What kind of answer is that and how somebody can cooperate or make a deal with such people? As the clients who paid them commissions to finish job professionally we don't deserve such treatment. I apologize to the other realtors at that brokerage and I can't make decision instead of anybody but I want to warn buyers and sellers to learn from my example and to avoid dealing with this brokerage.

K	Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a home 2 yrs ago listed by one of the realtors here (just don't want to mention his name) and he did not respond to me for any information I needed abt the house to buy insurance. In addition, my realtor get the key for me on the possession date which later I still find un-removed garbage inside garage and around the house. The realtor on the other side just simply ignored the issue which I have asked multiple time to resolve before the possession date - at the end my realtor was the one had to take care of it. Also, he gave us the mail box key with no information which number of the mail box it is for - had to try all the numbers in 3 standing mailboxes. Simply disappointed ?
