Nous sommes une entreprise de courtage en douane agrée par l'Agence des services frontaliers du Canada (ASFC). Grâce à notre dépôt d'un cautionnement des douanes applicable à l'échelle nationale avec l'ASFC, nous pouvons effectuer le dédouanement des expéditions de nos clients peu importe le point d'entrée utilisé au Canada. Pour ce faire, nous utilisons nos logiciels afin de transmettre les données d'importations de nos clients aux systèmes EDI de l'ASFC, tel le Système de soutien de la mainlevée accélérée des expéditions commerciales (SSMAEC) qui inclue le Système d'examen avant l'arrivée (SEA) et la Mainlevée contre documentation minimale (MDM) ainsi que le Système automatisé d'échange de données (SAED).
Chez Dilas International, nous garantissons à nos clients, la transmission de leurs données d'importation à l'ASFC, dans un délai de moins de 60 minutes après avoir reçu le jeu complet de documents d'importation par télécopieur ou courriel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never been forced to have a personal shipment brokered before (I normally am able to self-clear, if needed). After many days of back and forth between FedEx and CBSA on this clearance issue, I was beyond frustrated and began looking for a company to broker the shipment that was not FedEx.
Dilas' website is straightforward and you can view a breakdown of fees to expect. I emailed about 7 different brokers. Some did not reply, some returned quoting fees of $80-500 for this particular shipment. Dilas was on the lower end of that range, and most of the fee was for a new client account setup. So, the brokerage fee will be quite minimal if using their services again in the future. Besides that, what made me choose Dilas was Dmitri's replies to my emails. Even before I committed to going with Dilas, my questions were answered concisely, timely, all days of the week, and during day and night (not an expectation from me, but it was very appreciated).
Once I sent documents over to Dilas, my package cleared customs in under 24 hours. Thank you for making my first brokerage experience painless. I wish I knew about/went with Dilas sooner to save time and major headaches from dealing with FedEx and CBSA for this shipment. I have already recommended Dilas to friends if they have brokerage needs in the future.
