Having never imported anything before there was a lot to learn about the process and they kept me informed every step of the way. Special thanks to the driver John T who drove my fire truck from Alberta Canada directly to my house in Oregon. He made the comment ""that in all the years of transporting this fire truck was the coolest thing he ever delivered". Needless to say that brought a big smile to my face. Thanks John for a great delivery even if the weather was not cooperating very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably expensive. The duty and import taxes with all these rediculous fees ended up costing a lot more then what my import was worth. This also didn't include the cost of the actual transport. You might as well pay a bit extra initially and use an express courier, they have their own brokerage company. That being said, the service was good and polite.
