β β β β β I've heard horror stories about this company but thankfully it was not the case for me. Package arrived safely and quickly. I am taking off a star for the initial delivery date being wrong, but it was only two days off.

β β β β β Worst experience so far.
Packaged was received on Dec 02 at their warehouse and scheduled for delivery on Dec 03, no delivery attempted at all. Again for 4th then 5th.. and so on without any delivery attempts.only the date changes everyday to next day in the afternoon.
Long story short the emails went unresponsive, the delivery keeps changing and package still not delivered !
I contacted the major retailer and advised them that i would no longer purchase from them because of their shipping partner.
Then i saw another order from a different retailer (a subscription with multiple orders a month) use their service and quickly contacted them and cancelled all subsequent orders just to avoid dealing with Tforce.

β β β β β In the past two months Iβve had two orders from Indigo get delivered to the wrong address by T Force. I did not choose this delivery service, itβs the one that Indigo defaulted to. I prefer when they ship through Canada Post.
Today it was delivered to my next door neighbourβs home, and I had to retrieve it from their doorstep because I saw it was my name on the parcel.
The time before that, it was left on my neighbourβs doorstep approximately 5 houses down from where I live :/
Idk how this keeps happening but you guys always seem to deliver my parcels to the wrong address. Just wanted to give my feedback
The only reason I did not give a 1 star review is because you guys have pretty decent customer service over the phone and via email. But other than that this delivery service is awful.

β β β β β I like the serviceβ¦even though I wait little bit extra time for my package to be delivered to carrier warehouses. The customer service on the phone was polite and tried to be helpful, the courier arrived several hour later and ring the doorbell after I saw status update on my page: Out For Delivery.

β β β β β I'm very disappointed in this courier. I'm currently waiting for a package that has been sitting at their facility in Calgary for almost a week. The delivery keeps getting delayed and when I inquired about it the excuse they gave me is that they don't have enough drivers. While I understand that there is a labour shortage, these kinds of wait times for local deliveries are unacceptable. They should either figure out how to hire more drivers or find a third party courier that is able to deliver their packages for them if they are not capable of doing it themselves.

β β β β β I was very scared about my package being delivered. I had asked a customer service rep to ask the driver to give me a call whenever the driver delivers my package. The driver called me after dropping the package at my doorstep. He ensured it was a contactless delivery. He waited until I picked my package such that it wasn't unattended. Thank you so much for adhering to all my instructions.

β β β β β Packaged was delivered to this courier on April 01. It is now April 19 and it has not yet left the facility. I contacted the company I placed my order with, who then filed a claim with TForce.
The company informed me that due to the lack of tracking updates, my package was probably lost or damaged.
I was already feeling concerned after looking at the 1 star reviews for this courier, and unfortunately these concerns ended up being justified.

β β β β β Top 5 worst company I have ever come across. They just donβt care at all. They are rude and provide no level of service. Had a DHL package which was to be delivered by TForce. They claimed my address was wrong on the day of delivery. I called and they verified the address was in fact correct and they would send the package the following business day. Confirmed both address and my phone number. Agent I spoke with was extremely rude. Not only did they not deliver as promised, they never called and just returned the item to sender. How they are still in business astounds me.
