S	Shawn Aggarwal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate Livingston with a passion everytime I have to deal with them for northbound shipments it's never cleared on time I'm always sitting at the border waiting 2 hrs minimum to cross even when I call and set it up 48 hrs in advance it's always an issue with them they cant even communicate properly, worst brokers ever!

Today, I received an invoice for $55 for some unauthorized reason. It turns out that LI needs to meet new regulations that require modifications to customer accounts, so they're charging customers this fee to make those changes. What thieves. I'm going to send them an invoice for the same amount because I need to make a change in my accounting system to update their information. See how they like it.
J	Jesse Anderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On November 10 2017 my father dropped off my car to be shipped with Livingston international. I have the sheet that documented there were no issues with my windshield at that time. On December 12 2017 i picked up my car from their Toronto location around 4 pm. I could not inspect the car as it was covered in snow. I told this to their attendant and they told me not to worry as I could go clean it and if there was damage let them know the next day. I documented on their sheet that I could not inspect the car as it was covered with snow and ice. I went and washed the car within half an hour and noticed a large crack in my windshield that I previously could not see to being blocked with ice. i Immediately called Livingston but as it was after 4:30 pm their office had closed. I called their Calgary branch as they were still open and they gave me the number for the claims department. I then called and left a message about this issue the next day as they claims office was closed. On December 14 the claims department called me back and asked for a picture to be sent. I sent the picture and they emailed me back saying that they would not cover the damage that was incurred to my car in their care. They gave me no method for reconciliation.
H	Hailey Seidel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Livingston for a few commercial shipments but their recent assistance importing a commercial vehicle was incredibly dissatisfying. The fees were exorbitant, not well outlined in the quoting process and did not include all of the expenses required for the process of importing a vehicle. I am still receiving notices for bill payments from 3rd parities that I was never provided instruction or invoice for. I also imported a significant amount of steel from the US in April 2019 and was not informed of the steel tariffs until my shipment was waiting at the border. I was faced with an additional $8,000 Cdn in shipping charges that I was not made aware of that had to be paid immediately or face warehousing fees at the border. Overall I would say quality communication is what's lacking and resulting in incredibly high fees as a result. I will not use Livingston in the future.
