He took the time to find us the best rate and explain to us the proccess in full. My wife had a lot of questions but I had about twice as many, and he was patient and respectful even when we asked the same question twice. The mortgage broker guy not answered his phone or replied on messages keeping me wait and wait until the last minute. always, replied that he is busy !!!
if you care about your professionality don't overwhelmed your self, you can say that you don't have a time to take the people business.
