My experience with Daryl Marsden has been an extreme pleasure right from his first response to my initial inquiry. My previous broker retired and referred me to Daryl for his “Creative” thinking. I was very pleased with his prompt response to all my questions and inquiries. Daryl did a great job for me on my initial mortgage and on my last mortgage. Daryl is an expert in his field and very pleasant to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending him. He is a broker that really cares for his clients.

Daryl is probably the best "best mortgage rate finder" I have ever worked with. He got the best rate, but not only that, he was always available and responds to e-mails and texts with lighting speed. My wife and I are impressed with the quality and service we got from him and his company. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a mortgage. Daryl, exceptional service. I can't thank you enough. :)

Our experience with Daryl was the complete opposite. When looking for a new broker, we set up questions we knew we wanted answers to and send out a mass email to 10-15 brokers to judge responsiveness and procedure.
