D	Doolin Fizzell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I went to the Sunridge branch and my name is joint with my sister who was in the hospital and had 24 hours she had call the telephone banking and said because I am join, I have full access, I went to the branch to withdraw some money to pay the funeral home, the Philippino manger was RUDE and did not know what she was doing lying and saying it a deposit account, she make me CRY in front of all the people, I was so upset I could hardly drive they where slow and loud, she should be replaced because she have no people skills and cannot run a bank. She makes immigrant look bad Doolin Fizzell

The Sunridge RBC is run by people who are dishonest and will not work to help long standing RBC clients. I have been a RBC client for over 25 years. I had a certified cheque to which we paid $15 to have it certified at TD bank that needed to be deposited with the funds released right away. Karan would not allow the funds to be released claiming she could not get a hold of TD bank to verbally verify and that it was also ‘NATIONAL’ RBC policy not to release the money. I took the cheque back to TD bank and explained-TD called this Karan woman pathetic and handed me a phone number for Karan to call to receive further verification of the already certified cheque. We drove back to Karan and told her to call TD to which she flat out refused-again stating it wasn’t their policy-even though she claimed she phoned TD twice??? This had been a FOUR HOUR process. An advisor from another branch caught wind of what was happening to us and called me. This advisor called TD and released our funds within 5 mins. This Karan is a liar and a horrible employee representing the RBC brand. Do NOT support this corrupt branch

Doesn't email any kind of response when requested. I've been with 6 RBC's in Calgary and this is the worst

I had a problem to transfer funds to another country and I visited Sunridge RBC, where Kathy jumped to help!!! Her knowledge, kindness and customer care is greatly appreciated. Jadwiga
V	Vicki Vandenberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place to deal with. Applied for an unsecured LOC on Aug 12th and just heard today after 1 month that we were not approved. There reasoning was that I had a problem with my credit card through them 20 years ago and that we had liabilities. We wanted to pay off some bills and do some reno's. My husband has excellent credit and was on the application also, but obviously this doesn't count when you want to borrow money. He has never missed a payment and was always on time paying his bills. I will make sure that everyone I know, knows what they are up against when dealing with them.
