It’s 1:30 pm on a Monday. and the building is locked down from the inside doors with some security guard sitting on the other side of the doors, no signage, no indication that they’re closed, no other doors to go thru. Pathetic customer service. Absolutely appalling. I’ll give some other atm the fees you’re going to charge me anyway. Get better at your customer service and maybe you’d have A shot at properly competing with other banks / atms.

Taxes done at HR Block - all good there - loaded refund to DC Bank card and suddenly when trying to easily etransfer MY money to my normal bank account, now there are provider errors and waiting on hold for 20 min just to be hung up on and told call again later?! So with all the fees DC charges, basically they are blocking the transfer to keep eating away at my refund... brutal - no customer service at all and a completely shady company. Just efile if you can wait, otherwise it’s outrageous charges to spend your own $$$
K	Kyle Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ absolutely awful service, waiting for an e transfer for almost two weeks and 6 phones calls until finally one operator was able to find the problem and fix it which he said he was surprised no one had noticed yet. I have been nothing but patient with this process but i have bills to pay and with how little the average support rep seemed to care other than verifying the same email over and over and how much time it took and is still continuing to take there is really nothing good to be said about this E transfer service they have. If i could give less of a rating i would.

Once you it's not like they are eager to assist. What a lousy way to serve your customers. CANCELING MY PRODUCTS ASAP

The one time we did have to call them when we first got it, they were very friendly and efficient and got what I needed sorted out in no time.

Tried to go in person and the security guard smiles and laughed at me pulling on the locked door. I would advise against using this bank, huge money grab, awful employees, there prepaid cards are also one of the smartest and most disgusting legal scams out there.

I tried around Christmas time to reach them because the first bill simply did not add up by 90 dollars and change. Gave up after hours of waiting. This happened a few separate days. Now I have just made a real estate deal, closing at the end of the month for my first home. And my credit has gone to 542! two weeks before close date on the house. This company, DC financial comes up when I filed a report with Visa about what seems like under trained staff and wreaks of some underlying fraud. My credit dropped from 711 to 524 over forty bucks interest not paid, and poor service and management in general. FIRE STAY AWAY
