J	Jack Faraj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will not be doing any of my business at this branch at all from now on. I sold my car and I went in to cash a certified cheque and for some reason the teller told me that it would take 5 business days to cash it in to certify it, manager was very rude.
D	Don Middleton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. Huge lineups and the staff move at a snails pace. Just when you think a teller will open they put up their sign that they are done for the day. Lineup has 20 people and 2 operating tellers while 4 go off shirt because it’s 5pm. No idea how customer service works

Speaks with me with a stern and raised voice. All this for no reason. I complained about her and i do hope they address it. All the staff ive encounted were great other than this rude lady teller.

The RONA has made a lot of business transactions inconvenient.You are SuCKing BiG TiME TDBANK. Please improve the clarification of hours of operation for ATM's , etc. Make them pop off the web page. I scanned your website but didn't look clise enough maybe. But I gotta take a few minutes to leave a word. Tell me how to avoid this? What are you going to do to improve my banking experience? Tell me in yiyr reply. Much appreciate ? your service.....

I was trying to deposit a check from my work that I do biweekly, and they said that it’s the branch’s discretion not to allow the full amount which should be available after 5 business days! However, I can deposit the money from the ATM which will be available right away. Purely nonsense. It’s my my monthly salary which I deposit on a regular basis
R	Riley Klassen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is terrible. Holding a regular check for 11 days for my business, because it is slightly higher than checks that have been cleared. I run a business. All checks are not the same. TD does not want to keep business even with the current economic climate. Very disappointed. Have been with TD almost 20 years I was also told to go to another branch if I wanted it deposited like normal **Judy your response won’t help and it is mostly a canned response. I should have just taken my checks elsewhere. There is a very good reason your rating is so low. It seems to be the same story as mine on every review-you guys make up your own rules like the rest of Sunridge.
T	Truck Driver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experienced the worst customer service by the brown lady agent sitting on the far right side. She was rude and sounded like a robot. When depositing cheque she decided to hold it for 5 days with no apparent reason. She said the cheque needs to be consistent biweekly. I'm running a business, lady. I don't get biweekly cheque like an employee does. Literally told me to go-to the other brach to deposit without a hold. Unbelievable. People with that attitude should work at McDonald's. Center street crescent heights location is the place to go.
