- Appointment or Walk-in Service
You do not need an appointment to see a walk-in doctor. When making an appointment with your family doctor, the receptionist will ask you about the nature of your visit to allocate the appropriate time for your appointment. Multiple problems may require more than one appointment.
- Cancellations
Cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance as this frees up a needed spot for the next patient. Missed appointments without sufficient prior notice will be charged a fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Magerman and his staff are great to deal with and overall very friendly. They are very convenient with appointments times and are always there to help. Sometimes it can be a little bit of a wait in the lobby but thats expected with doctors busy and providing care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Magerman is very professional, kind and knowledgeable doctor. But the only thing that i dont like is one of the receptionist. The asian and other on the left near the dcotors room are great in customer service unlike the other who is sitting on the right most, she has an unfriendly tone, no greetings, strict tone, know nothing about being in the front or customer service at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad reception and disrespectful under mining patients. I have explained my situation but while other clients can be seen inside it is because they profile me and I was turned over and they refused to serve.
I have contacted Alberta health inspector section and filed complaints as well..
again nor my family’s, there are a lot of doctors in the city beside that with the receptionist attitude and bad welcoming I said enough is enough with profiling and disrespect manners toward patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Dr. Eugiene Magerman for almost 10 years. My quality of life has been an issue since the age of 30. I am now 66 yrs. young only because of the interest and time given to me and my many, many health issues. When my previous long term Dr. moved on I panicked….who was going to understand all I must deal with physically and mentally every single day. I was tired and ready to quit…A friend told me to go see Dr. Magerman and explain my position and just see what or where to turn. I was in the waiting room trying not to cry or shake outright. I was fighting to keep my anxiety & fears in check. Dr M. (shortened), called me in, introduced himself, looked in my eyes with interest and concern and said, how can I help you Janet? I was nervous but he put me at ease not to long after I told him a shortened version of my concerns and health issues. I told him that without help my quality of life would end and that was my fear. My second major fear was that no Dr. would want to take on such a complicated enigma. Yes, that’s how other Drs. explained me. I thank my lord, my luck, my friend for having me seek out and find the kind of Dr. I needed on that day to this day. If you want a Dr. who cares about you and will take the time to hear you then I highly suggest you make an appt. at the Sunridge Oasis Medical Walk in Clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the staff here they always do their best to deal with the doctors unpredictable schedule. They always are friendly and kind. Never have had a problem with the ladies at reception. Have been one of Dr Magerman's patients for 8 + years and I have seen him at many of his clinics over the years and this team is by far my favourite.
