The staff at the Sunridge NE are very professional and helpful! Ashley and Dewit have been so understanding with the customers that I have witnessed with the patience and knowledge. You guys are awesome! You deserve recognition during this weird time in our world. Thank you very much for your hard work and dedication.

I have been using this pharmacy for at least a decade and i have never had a problem. everyone here has always been professional and informative

Rude, and horrible customer service. It seemed like i had inconvenienced them by providing my benefits card. I usually use Superstore pharmacies, but I will never use this pharmacy again

Go here if you want to be ignored and have rude service. The tech was talking with her daughter while I stood a while in line, completely ignored. I know it was her daughter because at the end of the chit-chat she said "Bye, mom!"

I love the staff here!!! Friendly, helpful and one staff member (I wish I could remember her name!) Always remembers my name, even if I haven't been there for months! I would never go anywhere else!!

The white female Pharmacist there is an arrogant, egotiscal discriminatory piece of work. I called asking if she carried metronidazole (I pronouced it - metro - ni - da- zole) ....I am a visible Muslim female (wearing hijab) born and raised in Canada (so I speak English unaccented). I called the pharmacy twice today. The first time to enquire whether she had Metronizadole in stock, she asked me what's the concentration, I said 1% do you havr the cream or gel form. She said because it was 1% she has it in cream called Noritate. I said what about the 0.75% she said shs only has it as a gel. I said perfect, let me call my physician and have him fax the Rx over to you. I call back a couple hours later, asking the same pharmacist I originally spoke with (I know this because I asked her are you the lady I spoke with a couple hours ago about Metronidazole in cream form, she was like yeah that was me), so I was like okay great, did you receive my Rx from my doctor's office, she was like what's your last name, I spell it for her and she was like yeah I see it, I was like perfect can you please have it filled I am on my way and I can give you my coverage number that way I don't have to wait. I have a 2 year old so it can be difficult for me to stand and wait. She was like they're busy but she should have it ready in 30 mins, and I said okay please make sure it's in cream not gel form, she said it's 1% and I have only 2 in stock that is cream. I said okay cool see you shortly. I get a call few mins later my coverage was not working they asked me to bring my card with me I said okay no problem. I come inside with my little one, hand another lady my card they were able to bill it, and then the white pharmacist lady hands my RX to another lady and my Rx is in GEL form not CREAM as promised. She did not even tell me, I had to ask again. The white pharmacist lady had the audacity to tell me this is why you should've came in instead of calling, then we wouldn't have this issue. I bit my tongue and just waited until my RX was re-filled, and told the pharmacist, next time, you should try taking accountability, I called into your pharmacy system that literally offers a prescription refill system, you had checked your stock and had this conversation, all you could have said is, that was my mistake, we had spoken over the phone I forgot or whatever instead of blame shifting and fault finding. This white racist pharmacist had the audacity to handgesture shooing me off and saying it's my fault and she didn't fill it right because I couldn't even say the Rx name right. Seriously the audacity, making fun and insinuating I don't have the ability to pronounce the medicine when I actually said the name correctly enough for to check her inventory and get back to me not once but fricken twice, and she confirmed receiving my Rx. I asked her for her name, she wouldn't even give it to me, siting she's the pharmacist here. Absolutrly vile and disgusting customer servicem
