★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok listen I'm not even halfway thru this lg mild chicken burrito and I'm itching to leave a rave review. Best burrito I've ever eaten. So fresh, doesn't fall apart at all, beautifully layered, flavour is spot on, prices and deals are absolutely incredible. Got 2 for 1 thru uber eats deal, will be throwing the 2nd in the fridge for tomorrow! 10/10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How are you gonna charge me 15$ for a burrito that’s the size of my hand… not only that… THE FOOD WAS OLD AND ROTTEN! Like c’mon…. The whole time the guy was making my order I couldn’t stop thinking “really that’s it!” I’ve never been this mad about dining in my life! My first bite actually looked like this = ? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot for a quick lunch on Mondays if you work in the NE (half price bowl is my go to). Nice that they show the caloric information for different ingredients. Helps make choices you might not otherwise.

But, I think I'd need to mention this.
When I ordered my bowl, I requested to get Extra Rice and the server looked into my eyes like that's Illegal to ask. so to see him unsettle for my food like this, I said, please charge me extra if that's what's I need to do to get extra rice, he did add it.
But, I felt like it made me feel Cheap and like I was taking advantage of the place.
So, this business should set the expectations right for the customer and not look at them like they are food stealers, I felt that.
If I ask for something extra, charge me for it, don't judge me, then give me what I asked and not charge for it.
Same exact thing happened to the customer before me who asked for a different add on. So it wasn't only me.
Please work on More comfortable customer transactions when they are ordering food, if they are uncomfortable asking for add ons, it's simply not working out for the customer or the owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady gave me 5 piece of corn and just said “I will charge you extra” when I asked her can I get more corn? Thats fine when that lady gave me less rice, less beef. But I got so mad when she said that and especially she gave me like 5 piece of corn. Oh my god! If the owner sees this review PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES PROPERLY! Please! She gave me half bowl! I’m a girl and I didn’t feel full!
Monday special is half price, so the food amount is half also?????

I ordered the burritos which was made fresh in front of my eyes. Place was very clean and hygienic, brightly lighted.
Sometimes they have special prices for the burritos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was never a fan of burritos; however this place has changed me.
The first time I went in, I tried the mild chicken burrito and was incredibly impressed with the flavour and how much the burrito was filled.
Ever since then I get random cravings and go back in once in a while when I'm in the area.
I've had the pleasure of always being served by the same lovely lady; and I'm unsure if she's the manager or owner.
She's has amazing customer service skills, and always fills my burrito to the brim.
For the price, I am always filled and left satisfied for a good portion of the day.
I'm very particular about fast food places; as I have sensitivities and can get affected by food quickly. I have never experienced any problems after eating here, and it's great to see them make, and make many things fresh for you.
The store itself is rather clean, and with current events; I actually appreciate them just doing takeout.
Can't wait to go back.
