m	mariza oanes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place to go for the BEST salsa in CALGARY! Their Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, Cilantro Sauce, Chile de Árbol, Mango Salsa are very authentic. Presentations and flavours are more thoughtful than what you’d find on the street. This is a restaurant where you should order lots of small things: Don’t miss the TAMALES!!! It will surely satisfy all your hunger pains. Great Costumer service! I highly recommend this place!

They also own the shop across that is all about their handmade tortilla chips and a wide variety of sauces from simple salsa to super spicy. Well worth eating here. Flavours arent too strong but it tastes simple and home-like.

It sounded like a good option, so I went with it. Wow, she was bang on with her recommendation - the fish was seasoned/salted beautifully and the added sauces, lettuce and even lime squeeze all made for a very tasty and satisfying meal! I haven't enjoyed fish tasting that great in awhile. Molcajete's continues to impress me with all of their great food! I've enjoyed the authentic Mexican and Latino foods here for several years. Everything from the tortilla chips and pazole to the large variety of salsas and the freshly made watermelon juice tastes awesome! I also think their salsa bar here is a super place to try out various salsas, from totally mild all the way up to 11 pepper rated hot, and believe me: it IS hot!! The owners Armando and Lillian always make sure you get Spanish eats here! I often recommend Molcajete's to others.

V	VX Adventures on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got myself excited for Mexican today but I left so disappointed it was hard to take. I ordered the Fish Taco plate, $13.50 for three tacos. The fish was so anemic it was almost none existent, it was like a cheap bargain walmart fillet was lightly breaded then deep fried to past done then they added some onions and cilantro. No salsa or anything with it despite asking for the chipotle on the side. I asked when ordering how much for an extra Taco, that would be an additional $5. I have eaten here numerous times in the past have have found the quality to be dropping like a rock. Good traditional Mexican food is nonexistent in this town. Someone please tell me where to find a good traditional taco truck in Calgary.

Flavours are great, price is reasonable, and you can taste the care that goes into the food. Highly recommended!
