★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is amazing. The moment you walk into the restaurant you get a Mexican feeling starting with music and the overall display and environment. And just wait till the food arrives, you are going to absolutely love it. The food is amazing and so is the service. Would recommend it to everyone who wants to get a taste of Mexican.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is not worth your business and makes the franchise look pretty bad. The location in Mission is what a franchise should be like, friendly staff, great service, proper portions, and fresh, warm food.
This location serves noticeably reduced portions, is sloppy with ingredients, unfriendly, and the burritos have always been cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amending my previous 5-star review; my colleagues and I were regular customers but this place has been consistently disappointing over the past year.
Prices are jacked up, veggies much less fresh, and today I had two separate staff members topping my burrito simultaneously, impatiently shouting questions at me and acting like every topping I ordered was a monumental hardship for them. There was no line behind me, I was quick with my order, and it would have gone much quicker if they hadn't been shouting questions in unison.
This has been a consistent trend lately. Why the attitude, Mucho?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this location a zero I would. Staff is rude, goodness forbid they greet you with a smile and a "hello". The older woman that serves the breakfast is always sitting on a stool on her phone while the other staff member struggles to serve three people. They say their breakfast is served from 7:00am until 10:30am, however, any time I have shown up between 7:00am and 7:30am, they are unable to provide any food. They slop the burritos together with no care, falling apart and dripping constantly. The burrito contents are always extremely cold, the burrito wrap itself is barely warm. The only luck I've had with this location is when it's extremely busy during lunch rush and the ingredients are fresh...otherwise, watch out, you may be hugging the porcelain throne shortly after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just ordered catering from here for our Work Team Lunch and it was fantastic! We had gone with the lunch box deal which includes a burrito, nacho chips and salsa and a chocolate chip cookie! It was a great price and super organized. We filled out a form so each of our staff could customize their order. They were on time with the delivery and they had written each persons name on the boxes so it was easy to know whose lunch was whose. The staff was friendly and easy to work with! Would definitely order through them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got it twice and never as good as other locations. The frist time i thought it was. Bad because it was 30min to close time. Not much meat in my burrito and lackluster of other toppings. The second time was prim lunch time and it was even worse then the frist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to begin with saying the food was absolutely amazing! By far some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. Full transparency I was hesitant to go as a result of Buddy Budinski's review but man was he wrong and I'm glad I went. I actually went about 3 times during breakfast and lunch to see if past reviews reflected in my experience prior to writing my review and they did not at all. The staff was very engaging, super friendly and understanding of my dietary conditions/allergies with great portions. People have to remember you get what you pay for, you can't expect extra meat if you're not paying the premium!! The "older woman" was also very polite and provided a great customer experience by asking me questions, how my weekend was etc. and the best part was that she not only remembered me but also my order from my first visit which amazed me. I will be regularly be coming to Mucho Burrito in Suncor. BEST MEXICAN FOOD in downtown!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an issue, employee (who was awesome)called her manager. He wanted to talk to me on the phone. He was the most rude, condescending manager I've ever dealt with. Basically said we've got your money, screw you! All that over $15.00 dollars. Gave them back their food, and left. Never again!!
