★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is good. But only if they could hire people who are not super rude to customers or at least listen to what customer is saying without making a face, that would be nice.
Just because you service decent food, don’t assume that people will keep coming to you irrespective of how you interact with the person paying for the food.
Plus staff hovers over the payment system, pressurizing you to tip more.
FINAL WORD!! Good food but leaves a bad taste because of staff’s indifference and rude behavior.

Last week we order take out, we got the pork, beef and mushroom and cactus tacos. The pork was so over cooked it was inedible, the mushroom tacos were missing all the toppings and and we were only given onions and cilantro as toppings for the rest of the tacos. And guacamole was watery and separated To top this horribly disappointing experience we also got food poisoning.
For paying over $100.00 we were so disappointed I would not recommend moose and poncho to anyone anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEST TACOS IN CALGARY!! I absolutely love Moose and Poncho!! There are other good taco places in the city but this place is the best!! The Carnitas is probably my favorite. Also the Mango Pineapple Habanero salsa is amazing and a must try with the tacos!!! The staff is friendly and the service is great! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious food and the portions are very much "American". The nachos and guacamole are excellent, the tacos with pork are delicious and the salsas and other toppings are just right. This is located inside the First Street market and the area with tables is perfect. I truly enjoyed it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing tacos! I loved them when they were in China town and still love them in their new location. If you want tacos just like you'd get in Mexico this is the place. It's not an easy task to hit all your braises and salsas so perfectly or constantly. Don't hesitate, just go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portion is generous, braised beef is spicy and flavourful. The restaurant is located in a fancy food court. For 6$ a taco, it might not be the cheapest but I think it worth the price. Highly recommend!
