We get in and decided before we ordered we should use the restroom first, just as I get out i went to hand my friend a cigarette so she could go outside and the employee started SCREAMING at us that we had no right to use her restroom and yelling random nonsense, instead of putting up a fight we politely apologized and explained that it was unlocked so we assumed we could use it and she CONTINUED to yell and cause a scene so we quietly left. I’ve never had an experience anything like this and Will never be a patron at this location in the future.

The assembly line type of food prep means that they can handle a huge order fast and you can get out quick. They do have a sitting area, but not many seats.

When I ordered, she first said that she doesn't have any barbacoa and till staff said yes, we do - turned out they do, yay. Then I selected the rice option without beans (I can't have beans). She asked okay then extra veggies? So I said oh yes, thanks. To find out later that they charge about extra $1+ for it. Also, "extra" vegetables were not "extra" it was maybe a few more slices of pepper compared to normal. So I ended up paying $10.42. $9.92 before tax. I think regular barbacoa bowl said $8.XX. SO AT LEAST a dollar charge. Outrageous. Also, how much "stuff" put in the bowl in general was so deficient.. I'm a 95lb girl, I don't eat all that much but I left hungry & craving Mucho. For that price, I could've gotten the "large" bowl with nothing "extra". Service was subpar, they should've disclosed how much few extra strands of pepper would've cost me when offered. I was looking forward to place because my work is nearby after recent move but given other options that will be popping up over the next few months - no thanks! I will stick to mucho burrito.. Their serving sizes are huge and they taste so much better. Definitely worth the extra 5 minute walk.
R	Ryan Anderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly I’d actually rate the food 5 stars however.......the 2 female servers were very rude with ignorant attitudes. They make you very aware that your a nuisance to them for coming in to order food. When I eat somewhere I want some smiles or even someone that pretends to be happy or pretends they want to be there is fine. I’ve heard bad things about the staff before going there but shrugged it off until it happened to me. Change your staff and set some rules in regards to how they interact with people. At this rate I’ve heard more negative than positive and in turn will eventually lead to the business shutting down. Great food but I will not be back.
a	ann Hennessey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is great BUT....a bit stingy on toppings (costs etc...we get it), Biggest issue-the ladies working there are very rude, very ignorant, and just don't seem to give a s#&t about the customers. We've been there a few times thinking perhaps it was a bad day, but no. It's just their way. And sometimes you're charged extra for something, and sometimes not. Again, food is always tasty.
