★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually go at this restaurant. I really like their fries. On the top of it, they offer excellent and prompt service to the customers. I don’t remember the names of the other employees but I do remember a girl named Simran. She has always helped me with the menu and she is really friendly and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always liked this restaurant, their chicken is comparable in size to other restaurants, prices are decent and the food quality is at times, on par with everybody else.
I've never had a good experience with the onion rings.., they are always a big hot soupy mess of dough and onion.
I had to return several orders over the last couple years, to which they happily complied.
Smaller locations, (Marlborough) for example, seem to be short staff, when at times, I've been told to wait 25 minutes for more chicken to be cooked.
Overall, a plus experience with decent food items on the menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken sandwich is very crispy but the crunch is different compared to KFC's. It's hard to describe but the batter is almost lighter and more akin to a wafer crunch rather than a typical fried chicken. Tastes great overall. I do like how they pack it in an aluminium bag to help keep it warm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich was good. Would ask for lettuce & tomato on it if was to order again. I'm not a fan of burgers, but my husband wanted to eat here. Must say I was pleased. Good service, 1 lady on cash register- very efficient. Told us 6 mins for order, she was bang on. Pleasant environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience ordered 90 worth of food. Chicken in burgers wasn't cooked properly in the center. The small fries literally only had a few fries each because they ran out of them i was waiting there if u don't have enough you make more. We ordered a family pack of nuggets and it was supposed to come with 4 dips but we only received 2. Will not be returning to this location. Very disappointing since we did takeout for COVID-19 so we didn't see the items till we reached home. We go to popeyes all the time but this location was horrible. Do not go here.
