★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There’s definitely a reason you guys only have 2.5 stars! This clinic has unprofessional doctors and rude staff which is very unpleasant. The doctors laughs and mocks when asking questions and the wait time is an hour+, when you finally get to see the doctor she shuts you down for asking regular questions. Disgusting seek new staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in at 6:30pm on a Tuesday evening (they close at 7pm) and was told "we are not accepting any more walk-ins" as the clinic was competely empty of any patients. I told the front desk clerk that I was experiencing heart pain and she told me to go to the hospital. Despicable service all around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve called this clinic multiple times and they almost NEVER answer my calls, it’s ridiculous. I love my doctor but I’m seriously considering switching. Also the front desk staff can be very dry and rude at times. Please be a little more considerate of your patients and answer their phone calls !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely nothing has changed seeing all of these reviews about front staff and not picking up their phone. I can't get a hold of them,ever. When my doctor calls me she says "it's hard to get a hold you we never can" I don't think so. I tried calling for 2 weeks straight at one point and not a single person picked up the phone. I'm so sick of this. I'm currently waiting for someone to answer right now and it's been 30 minutes. I have even stood in front of the staff and phoned the place,not a single person bothered to pick up they continued their conversation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to do a walk in for my kiddo. There was a short wait, as expected, but the doc was very patient as I detailed all the medical history and asked many questions.
I forgot to ask the doctor a couple of things during the appointment so I went to the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff was super knowledgeable and helpful and because of their guidance I didn't have to wait again to go back and speak to the doctor. Will definitely give this place another visit when needed. And at the rate my kiddos catch germs from school I expect it will be soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too bad of a medical clinic. However, they definitely need staff that acts/looks like they don’t hate their lives because it is every off putting! Also, they NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE! How do you run a medical clinic and never answer your phone? I’ve been a patient more than a year and it’s happened every time. Seriously how do doctors/mangers not input a system where they pick up and say “Please hold” it’s not so hard, it’s so frustrating as a customer. They need to hire someone that can work the front much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front counter staff were very friendly and helpful. The doctor was super nice. Hardly had to wait at all. Meleena the lab tech is very friendly, and very good at drawing blood for blood work. Having a pharmacy right there is awesome, and they were very nice too! Will go back for sure. Best clinic I've been to.
