★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to the management team for calling me back and clarifying my issue. I know I can count on anyone with an office to help me out effectively! I can't give the same remark for the whole team. But I hope that it gets better in the near future. If you've ever had a customer service issue with a teller like I did. The management team helped me out in a very professional manner, and I applaud the efforts. "He who has all the solutions knows none of the problems."
There is a large disconnect between the service provided by someone with an office. Compared to someone who is a teller. I hope that adequate training bridges the gap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch ever! Im out of the country and have a phone/email agreement in place on my account. Trying to do a transfer to another bank 5 days later still no transfer. I have done the exact same transfer 10 or 15 times in the last 5 years and provided the exact same information. My so called advisor made me email her instructions 3 times (same email every time) then a 10 minute phone call asking security questions, then asked to speak with a family member thats not even on my account. Still no transfer. Finally got to speak with someone else provided the same info as I did to my so called advisor and the second person got it done the same day. This is the second time with my advisor that she has not completed this transfer without multiple emails, and phone calls. She should not have a job there for being so lazy and not working for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will choose to my banking elsewhere... Unprofessional tellers with no desire to go any further than nodding their head. After waiting in line with 4 others for 20 minutes, the teller choose "their" priority customers over those waiting before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certainly not all bad. Decent people, mostly, and they have been very helpful.
But if you need anything beyond help at the branch, goodness help you. They will direct you to call CICB and you will spend hours on the phone waiting to speak with someone, being constantly told "your call is important to us". If it were important, wouldn't you answer it?
