M	Maria Tuvilla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are pregnant - please go to EFW Veterans Pl NW instead. The staff there is great! Sunridge tech and nurse were also good, but their MOAs are the meanest I have ever worked with. They called me every minute for 5 minutes but never left a message. Phoned a different doctor (not my requesting doctor) and told them that "your patient is lying" and demanded a requisition form. The other comment is true - manners doesn't come easily to their MOAs. Worst place ever. I will never go to this place again.

The staff doing the ultrasound clearly didn't know what they were doing, she had to get another tech to come in,the second tech was better but still made it very uncomfortable and took forever. They both kept asking if l wanted to continue. Several times like told them both to just get the test done. I hope l never have to go to this place again.
P	Pavel Sedach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are greedy regarding services - if you are doing an ultrasound they charge you 10$ for 'extra pictures' and don't let you use your cellphone to video or screenshot the monitor. What is this a theme park? Disneyland? I just want extra digital pictures of the baby to send to my loved ones. smh Also for reference I went to a different ultrasound location prior to this and they let me take a video of the monitor. As an aside, the technician was well trained and knew what he was doing but first impression was negative.
A	Annette McKinley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn’t feeling well when I went for my appointment and I could only finish one of two requirements while there. The tech told me I wasted unopened materials ( my tax money) and was very nasty with me. Made me feel even worse than I already did. I will never return to this facility for this reason. The secretary however was very cheery and polite. Considering it was a young person dealing with me, I do hope she will change her attitude as it’s a long career of making others miserable.
A	Anu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kudos to Taylor, ultrasound tech, who was kind, friendly, professional and competent. She made me feel comfortable and it was wonderful to be able to have a conversation with a healthcare provider who was knowledgeable and appeared to enjoy her work. I would love to ask for Taylor to do further ultrasounds should I require any! The reason for four stars is my experience with the front desk staff. A simple greeting such as “Hi” or “Good morning” with a friendly tone of voice and eye contact would have been preferable to “Name?” in making me feel welcome.
A	Acosia A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My appointment was today at 3pm and I didn’t have to wait for long for my ultrasound. The front desk lady, (can’t remember her name) was very welcoming and friendly. The tech lady, Taylor, was very professional and friendly. This was my first time going to this location and I was happy with their service. I usually go to the Beddington location and they’ve also been friendly too. I appreciate all health workers working very hard during this pandemic.

I know there is a strict Covid protocols in place for the past two years, but this location knows what is good for the couple and just asked me Covid questionnaires and gave me a new face mask. Also, the ultrasound staff that took care of my wife was so smart, kind and explained every detail on what we are seeing in the utz screen. This is definitely the best location of EFW!
S	Steve Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still not allowing kids in when doing a pregnancy ultrasound?!?!? Seriously. Our whole family already had Covid, we’re not ‘diseased’. Why won’t you let us share this special moment together. Is there any scientific evidence that allowing one member of a household but not others actually reduces transmission? No! As a doctor myself, I will not be referring to EFW anymore unless they rescind this ridiculous rule. Here’s my view of the ultrasound while I wait with my daughter outside in the car.
