Complimentary parking available both underground or surface in unassigned stalls. No payment is required when attending our Clinic, however, you must register your license plate with reception to receive complementary parking. The parking lots are independently operated and if you pay for parking we are unable to reimburse you.

β β β β β This location is my first choice for pregnancy related ultrasounds. The techs I have had are amazing (especially Nadeen). I got her twice during my ultrasounds this pregnancy and she is always explaining what she is doing and ready to answer questions. Great bedside manners and would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family! Reception is friendly as well.

They had a nurse before and after ultrasound to ask and explain certain terms, made it less nerve-wracking.

β β β β β My anticipation for my first mamogram is giving me anxiety but Alex who assisted me, is so gentle and walk me thru with the procedure, she helps me to calm down. I highly commend this place for first timer? the receptionist is so corteous too.

They have amazing stuff. I was impressed by front desk lady. Unfortunately I didn't ask her name. She speaks mandarin fluently. Very nice, polite and highly professional lady. She rescheduled my appointment. There is a specific ultrasound machine (I need for my research) in another EFW location. So, she maintained all moments with my new appointment. It was an excellent example of humanity and empathy ?. Thank you.

β β β β β I went there for my first ultrasound and the front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. They should learn how to treat people but The ultrasound technician was wonderful. She explained everything she was doing and answered all my questions.

β β β β β We went there for 3rd trimester ultrasound and we were 10 mins late due to traffic jam on deerfoot trail. They didn't do the ultrasound and rebooked us. We took a time off from our work. After we said 10 mins are grace everywhere, we were told that they are already running behind their schedule. Are they looking for an excuse not to take us?
On our first ultrasound, we went early and waited for almost 30 mins for our turn. They need to respect patient's time if they cant take the patient who is10 mins late.

β β β β β Had an excellent experience here about a month ago. I was nervous because of the negative reviews but I don't know what they are talking about. The staff was very nice, place is clean, you get a little personal room to sit in to wait after leaving the lobby, and the staff are very efficient as well as communicate very well with patients. I felt well taken care of here and would definitely go back for another ultrasound. The doctor didn't push too hard either. I was very surprised at how great it is and how short the wait times were. I was in and out within 20 mins, and they let me in early.

β β β β β Incredibly unprofessional. Went in for an appt and the receptionist didnβt bother to figure out who was the client and who was the support.
She then shouted at me and my partner that the clinic was for patients only (despite there being 2 other couples and an adult mother and daughter duo).
You are a privately-run third party, have your employees treat the public with respect and not be casually racist.
