I bank with Tangerine and never had an issue with my bank card I can here and nothing but issues with the ATM. The lobby was dirty and Tellers were under staffed.

2 days in the row, either machine is doing or it won't dispense larger bills, not sure if the bank gets notifications when it's down or if no big bills available but someone should pay close attention.

Went to the teller yesterday. Same teller that helped me out on Friday with my situation. I went back to follow and received attitude eye rolls. She was not a pleasant person to deal with. Very disappointed in Scotiabank

I've been trying for 7 months now to get my hold limit raised but countless time this bank want to hold as much as they can, I've explained I need my money for my bills but again and again they have screwed me over. I'd go to ANY OTHER BANK then scotiabank, the customer support has to be top 3 worst experiences THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU

I have a business account with this branch and I have my account from last 2 years But every time I visit the branch, they give a very hard time and disgusting service . Today I was there to submit my check and I needed that money urgently I requested them humbly please don’t put hold on the cheque need it But they denied and told me we cannot do anything I am done with you guys I will go with some other bank who can provide me a good customer service Very upset with you guys Scotiabank is the worst I want to specially mention branch staff is too rude and don’t wanna help They always say we can’t do anything Wait that’s so nice

I have been into this branch 3 weeks ago to transfer my funds to a different account and within this time frame I still havent seen the transfer. I have called numerous times, got a hold of Kunle advised he was also shock lol, said to get to bottom of this and call me back…been a few days now.

Hopefully TODAY I'll be able to DEPOSIT via the ATM and pay my rent, which is now four days late. I don't drive and am in the hospital nearby. I have been unable to DEPOSIT money for the past 3 days. I can't see a human teller, because I can only leave my unit for 30 minutes at a time. I've never known a bank to NOT want money. Here's hoping today will be different.

This is the worst bank ever! So I went to this bank to close my investment because of this pandemic and I needed my money. I talk to this guy name β€œkunle” and he did the transaction and honestly he seems nice but I don’t think that he knows what his doing. So in other words he didn’t close the mutual account and still they charge me every 2 weeks. Last week January 18 2022 @ 12pm. again I talk to him again to close the account and he finally close it. But there’s an remaining balance of $46. I know it’s not much but still that’s my money I work hard for it. I short he told me that I’m gonna get my money in 2 to 3 business day. Nothing….. no money transfered which I waiting for a week. So I went to the bank and I told the teller to totally closed my account because dealing with them is very stressful and I donated the money which is probably totally is $48. Plus….
