I just joined 9rounds, and it has been a fantastic experience so far. The trainers are awesome, they are very supportive and encouraging. And the exercises are different every day. I totally recommend this gym.

Started coming in a week ago, and after 3 workouts I’m already experiencing improvements in strength and coordination! The one-on-one coaching also really helps to keep me motivated…balance that with the fair price and it’s a win win. Highly recommend!

I love this place! The facility is very clean and Ali is a fantastic trainer; very patient and knowledgeable. Not only is it a time efficient strength and cardio workout, but it is SOOO MUCH FUN. The 30 minutes flies right by and the workouts (always something new) really help improve balance, coordination, and relieve everyday stress. 100% recommend.

Absolutely perfect for someone who wants to see results without having to go to the gym for two hours to then have to also figure out what exercises to do. No learning curve like going to the gym by yourself, or being the newbie of a martial arts class, or dealing with the crunchiness of group workouts. You get a trainer to personally push you to make the most out of a 30 minute high intensity workout - hardly any time out of your day and amazing results week after week! Cardio, core strength, balanced improvement of both upper body strength and lower body strength, and muscle tone and definition are goals I achieved in just a few months of workouts and I'm still seeing improvements to this day.

The trainers are amazing! Supportive and helpful. The workouts are always different and cover off the whole body. The facility is very well kept and as clean as any gym I’ve ever been too!
